Dr. Smits takes the time to listen and provide examples of how to implement ways to improve my overall health. She makes me feel heard which is appreciated. Feel so comfortable with her as if she is apart of our family. She validates my efforts with working towards a healthier lifestyle.

I’m highly satisfied with Dr Smits- the phones when you call in have a high wait time so I use the my link to communicate - I had a question about insurance change however and office wouldn’t confirm network status instead told me to call insurance which I had done and I was only confirming. Perhaps clarifying network status is my only recommendation

Love Dr. Smits and her nurse...only difficulty is reaching someone to make an appointment....office needs someone to answer the phone..I've spent lots of time on hold waiting/calling back.

The doctor is down to earth and talks to you at the patient level not at the Dr level. The doctor is not all about wearing the white coat, but rather wearing street clothes to get on the same level as the patient

Dr Alexandria Smits is amazing. She has complete eye contact while discussing issues. She addresses your needs to get to the bottom of your health issues, and she is aware of your past issues. I truly think her bedside manner is excellent. She took everything I discussed as important and had a plan for everything when I left. I felt like all my concerns were addressed.I would refer others to her , not many providers like her out there. She is a 10 plus in service.

Staff is very friendly and understanding. Dr Smits takes her time and explains everything in great detail. She is very kind and understanding.

Took 6 calls to get script. Sent out for mammogram. Outside hospitals are not scheduling without scripts. Your staff is excellent and professional. Ordered blood work but never mentioned it. Maybe because it was a wellness visit??
