Dr Smits takes the time to explain my medical condition and the treatment she recommends for me. I have never felt that she is in a hurry to see another patient and I always feel that she’s spending as much time as needed to address my medical issues.

She and her staff is very kind, considerate, and understanding. I feel comfortable asking any questions and am never made to feel ashamed about not knowing the answer already.

Dr. Smits took my concerns about the symptoms I was experiencing very seriously. I sent her a message on my chart late at night and had a virtual appointment with her the very next day. She listened to me and prescribed me antibiotics for my infection. After feeling sick for the past 3 weeks, I am finally feeling so much better and I am grateful to have a primary care physician like Dr. Smits.

Dr Smits is wonderful at inform you exactly what to do when your child is sick to make them feel better. Also her MA Kinsley is amazing at swabbing babies for tests.
