I really appreciate knowing that Dr. Smits has a real grasp of the unusual genetic issues I have and is always able to answer questions I have. Her referrals for testing and to specialists have allowed me to stay ahead of potential health risks. She is always professional, kind, informed, and I enjoy my visits with her.

Dr Smits listens and give you input. She is kind and compassionate and funny. Talking to her about personal medical issues comes easy. She is knowledgeable on meds and keeps up on natural findings.

My family health provider cares and listens. The staff person that did my yearly review was rude and demeaning. I would prefer someone else to do my review next time.

I just love my Provider Alexandria Smits she listens to my concerns and she always talks with me about a resolution. I feel she is always up to date on what my history is in my chart. This makes my appointment run smoother. I am grateful I have her in charge of my care.

Open and receptive physician who listens and develops a plan of care WITH you, for you. Dr. Smits is a force of positive energy and takes time to acknowledge small steps in the right direction. Highly recommend!!! Office staff is polite and friendly!

Dr. Smits is always supportive and caring when I have set health care goals. She’s even more supportive when I have achieved the goals. She is super easy to talk to and and has answers for all my questions.

Love Dr Smits and her nursing staff. Front desk people are usually awesome too but last time I was there the lady must have been having a bad day. She was short, slightly rude and frustrated.

I value her opinion regarding my health as she is thorough and dedicated to searching for answers to difficult questions. She is also easy to talk to and I feel very lucky to have her as my PCP.

I would tell them what I always tell them... If she is accepting patients you need her. She's been my doctor since 6 months out of me school, is ridiculously smart, and won't addresses ANY issue I have, gives me any referral I want if she feels it's pertinent to my health, she works with everything based off of everything I tell her in My Chart, and she's just the best.
