I have only had my first appointment for transfer of care/review of history/establishing care. However, I was impressed with Dr. Power. He sat down and dug into my records, asked questions, listened to my response and answered my questions. I have a good feeling about him.

My appointment on [DATE] was my first with Carley, after having been a patient of Dr. Stebleton & Dr. Beebe's for 20 years! I was immediately at ease with Carley (& her nurse, I am sorry I forgot her name) and she made me feel as though I had known her forever! She was "interested" in my health, health goals and was extremely quick to place notes on my portal about the visit. She also reached out in the portal to advise that she had reviewed my labs and everything was great, no action needed. That is amazing ABOVE AND BEYOND care! Normally you only get a reach out if needed, but to be advised all was good, makes me feel confident that I am in competent, caring hands! Side note, the lab was extremely quick, called me back momentarily after signing in at the kiosk! Several of my labs results were in within hours! Then to have them reviewed by Carly the same day, and to be notified as such....OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am proud to have Carley & nurse leading my journey!

He was thorough and very knowledgeable. I wish the labs were discussed sooner but he probably had a lot of patients he saw during the week. I liked he talked to me throughout the visit so l knew exactly what was going on with my visit. The only thing l didn’t like was l try to tell the office he didn’t call in a prescription but the office didn’t believe me and l had to get the pharmacist at my sure involved in it.
