Heather Williams was very professional and I immediately recognized her professionalism. She listened well to my problems and typed them into my record. In listening to my course of treatment she explained to me what the next steps to help me were, and why they would help in a short time frame which I have been facing. I received very complete results in My Chart which I really appreciated, and I even received a following up call from a representative of Heather about my Lab results! As a long-time patient since the opening of the Mid Michigan facility in Mt. Pleasant, I have had very good health care and Heather Williams was a great additional representative for My Michigan Health!

Treated well person at desk. Seen quickly ,saw Dr within 15 min...saw assistant during the 15 min. Katelyn included me in decision about meds. Appreciate being listened to.

Dr listens very carefully and remembers a lot about me and my experiences and situations. A very caring and understandable dr who is willing to work with me in my medical and Naturopath needs.

Carly is amazing and we are sad to see her go. The front office staff could be friendlier and act like they they don't hate their jobs. Also paid lots of attention to their phone and not their surroundings.

This was my initial visit but I was appreciative of the time she took to tell me her plans and listen to my questions, concerns and input. It was reassuring to me that she had spent time going through my previous Drs notes and my history!

Do not get tests done during Spring Break as no one is in the office if you receive a positive test that requires immediate treatment. You will have to go to Urgent Care or wait for the doctor to return to be treated. You shouldn't have to wait for treatment. Aside from that everything else is Good

She is dismissive and made it clear she did not care about me. This was evidenced by her not allowing me to speak, talking over me or cutting me off. I am massively displeased with the “care” I received from her.
