I got a last minute sick visit b/c my primary was unavailable. I had been to the walk in clinic twice and was still feeling very ill and had not slept due to a cough in over a week. When Heather entered the room, she didn't introduce herself or ask me what she could help me with, she started telling me about how her son was sick with a cold and had a bad cough and was miserable too and that he had said crying to her when he would feel better. She said he told her he had to just ride it out. It was clear from the beginning that she was speaking to me like I was a child, like her son. When I went to grab by purse to then leave, she said, "don't you even want me to examine you?" She checked my lungs, but nothing else. She was rude and condescending to me the entire visit and I told her I did not appreciate it. I asked for something else to help receive my cough and when I got to the pharmacy, she had not given me anything for my cough, but for nausea and vomiting.

I am most grateful for Mount Pleasant MyMichigan Urgent Care. All of the providers I have encountered there have been knowledgeable, helpful, kind and listened carefully. Heather Wiliams is an excellent addition to this team.

Carley is my PA . I'm extremely grateful for her! She's extremely knowledgeable! Harley has helped me get my type 2 diabeties under control! Thanks to Dr.Gary Stapelton who told me I had type 2 diabeties last year I want to tell him ty! For getting me started on my meds! I had ni idea I was a diabetic! I went from 10.0 diabetic then to a 6.4 A 1c ! Thanks for getting me started! Thank heavens for Carley for accepting me as a patient and diving right in and getting me to 6.4 A1c ! Carley really cares about me and my condition! And is gonna keep me on the straight correct path!! Ty Carey for caring !!! It is my extremely gratefulness to have her as my Doctor!!

I already have told several people that I really liked Katie, she goes out of her way to make sure she has answered all your questions and meds are filled. It takes time to earn my respect and trust, but I can say she earned it quickly 💯 %

Took my mom to see Heather W as her regular PA was unavailable for an urgent care need. We were very lucky to get in to see her for the new diagnosis of CHF. She diagnosed it and put her on a diuretic that controlled hers s/s very well We saw her again for f/u two weeks later and she again was wonderful and patient w my elderly mother. Too notch care!!!

Takes at least 1 to 2 months to get an appointment. Been waiting a week to hear about my blood test to see if I have cancer or not, still haven't heard, many sleepless nights!!!

I have already told Dr. Widman, family and friends that if I ever move to another city within my state, which is a possibility, I would like to continue my care with her… Under one condition… That she not retire until she’s 80 years old! Lol I really appreciate everything about her and her knowledge, skills, personal attention, friendliness… The list could go on!

Khan was a great doctor, she was the first provider in this area to take my concerns seriously and treat me with respect. She was friendly and a good listener. Khan is efficient and always finds a solution to a problem. She will be greatly missed.

I really appreciate everything Dr.Geitman has given me throughout the past few years. She listens and takes her time when going over lab results etc to make sure I understand. I absolutely love working with her and have told everyone I know about the wonderful care I get here. Thank you!!!

Always booked so far out it's not even worth asking for an appointment and end up needing to see another provider. Would love to be able to see my provider when I need to. Seems to be more of a problem with the my Michigan org.
