My initial meeting with Ms. Williams was very thorough complete and highly professional. Answered all my questions alleviated a lot of my fears and her diagnosis and supplicant help prove to be spot on to helping me. A star in the medical profession.

Heather Williams is in outstanding medical professional, as good as I seen in all the years I’ve been going to seek medical help. Thorough, attentive, scrutinizing all factors; knowledgeable, Patient, Reflective are some of the highlights of my Initial meeting with Ms. Williams. I am extremely fortunate to be under her care. I know with her I have the best I can get.

Everyone was genuinely nice and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait at all to see the Doctor. I enjoyed meeting the Doctor and she listened and answered everything I asked.

I would highly recommend Katelyn Geitman. She is always aware of my needs and medical history. She successfully addresses any concerns I may have and gives me options for the treatment or medication I may need. Katelyn always spends the time I need and listens to my concerns. Her staff is professional and respectful.

Heather Williams listened to my issues with compassion and desire to assist me. She realized my referral to a specialist might take a while so she did some procedures to relieve my pain as I await that appointment.

Dr Widman’s kind and gentle nature takes away the anxiety I may feel about any situation or concerns I have. This provider is very good, and I am sad he is leaving Mount Pleasant. I am not happy with My Michigan Health right now though. They do not have any providers accepting new patients. I was moved to a provider in Alma that is not accepting new patients. My Michigan Health was quite unhelpful when it came to helping me find a new primary provider. I still don’t have one. I felt as though I was being dumped and told to figure it out.

The receptionist and nurse were very kind, friendly & helpful. The nurse took care of cleaning the wax from my plugged ears, too. She did a great job. Ms. Williams did not spend much time at all in the room so very hard to rate her completely. Thank you
