I I’m so very pleased with the care and service that Katelyn Geitman and her staff provide for me. I feel confident that she will always listen to me, address all the issues that I might be having and make appropriate referrals when necessary. Her response to my portal messages is always within the day that I sent them.

Katelyn listened carefully, asked pertinent questions and made several useful recommendations. I feel I’m in good hands. Her nursing assistant was also very courteous, thorough and professional.

Doctor power is on time, The first thing He does Is ask if I have questions which I always do and he answers them all. He goes through everything and he always make sure that I understand what he is telling me. And he looks at me when he’s talking. I think he is terrific!

They made sure I got the help I needed, knowing the pain I had that day. She stressed the importance of knowing that she could only do so much for the pain I was in. So she suggest that I go to the ER. She was right. I appreciate her explaining that to me.

M first time seeing Heather Williams, she was awesome. Asked the right questions and really listened the answers. Worked with me and not at me. Questioned what I was able to do and what I couldn’t. She kept on top of all tests and kept me updated. I would definitely recommend her.

I will be looking for another pediatrician for my child due to the lack of respect their medical assistants have towards my kid. They don’t give shots properly and when said something to them they either ignore you or tell you to mind your own business. My kid that you’re poking incorrectly is my business.

Heather and the nursing staff were excellent. I appreciated the way they listened to me and the care I received! There is a comment I would like to share concerning the office staff. When I walked in and approached the counter the woman working didn’t look up or acknowledge me. I then said, “I would like to see a doctor.” Without looking up at me at any time I was met with a curt, “Birthday? Last name?. Okay, you’re checked in.” I was shocked. I have never been treated so dismissively. I can only assume she was dealing with something that had nothing to do with me, and this was not the normal greeting to expect when visiting the walk-in clinic.
