I have already told Dr. Widman, family and friends that if I ever move to another city within my state, which is a possibility, I would like to continue my care with her… Under one condition… That she not retire until she’s 80 years old! Lol I really appreciate everything about her and her knowledge, skills, personal attention, friendliness… The list could go on!

I was seen for a regular appointment to review my health and medications. The doctor spent considerable time focused on my high bilirubin test results. She suggested that further tests on my liver function were needed and scheduled an ultrasound abdomen exam. She asked that I take my blood pressure daily for monitoring adjustments to my medications. Also balance between blood pressure and my pulse will be observed to ensure that my pulse is not too low or too high. I was pleased with the thoroughness of her care and I would highly recommend Dr. Wideman to everyone.

It is very difficult to get an appointment for an urgent problem in a timely manner. When Dr. Widman is able to do a virtual appointment, she is always 30-45 minutes late. I understand that this is not her fault, double booking her is not something that she can control. It does make me wonder if I need to find another physician that isn’t so busy. I will probably not reach out for urgent questions in the future, and will go to the walk in clinic.

Dr. Widman is a wonderful and caring PA, but it is very hard to get an appointment to see her. I would actually recommend a friend or family member to seek out a different provider that may be easier to schedule an appointment with.

Dr Widman has been very good about getting me the info that I wanted in a timely matter. However one of the girls that works there was not the kindest person on the phone. But thankfully she has not been the one that I have had to deal with again.
