Most often Heather is really on top of what I need to discuss with her. And follows up with procedures and tests that I had had before. The Visit usually has turned out very well thank you very much.

Heather was not very kind and made a couple smart remarks towards me that were hurtful. She didn’t smile once and was dismissive of my concerns. When I was telling her about my horrible pain and she said “You’re going to nursing school, and you think you’re in pain now?” with a very rude attitude.
