Most often Heather is really on top of what I need to discuss with her. And follows up with procedures and tests that I had had before. The Visit usually has turned out very well thank you very much.

Heather was not very kind and made a couple smart remarks towards me that were hurtful. She didn’t smile once and was dismissive of my concerns. When I was telling her about my horrible pain and she said “You’re going to nursing school, and you think you’re in pain now?” with a very rude attitude.

The front office staff drops the ball a lot. I had a pre op exam with Heather. My surgical center had to fax the orders 3 times to them. The last time they asked the girl to literally get up and check the fax. That time they did take action on the order. It was 1st faxed 2 weeks ago then once at 4:30pm and at 9 the next morning. They said the last one in the morning they got. This is not the first time this has been an issue. They can also be rude on the phones as well.
