She showed concern and compassion for my health problem. She prescribed the medication I needed and ordered a test to make sure it was the correct med for my problem. Her office even called me a few days later after they got the test result back and confirmed to me that I was on the correct med.

Heather Williams, listens and understands to my health. It may have took awhile for her to understand that i wasn't making things up or lieing about it. Most doctors and RN's think differently about me because me being in so much pain where I couldn't handle it anymore. So we now know what's going on and getting it taken care of thanks for understanding me and listening

I would say that she’s very thorough in her questions to arrive at what’s possibly going on. I saw her in the walk-in clinic, I got right in and she sat with me quite some time. I had Problems with what I thought was a UTI and I also mentioned about having a fast heart rate. She addressed that need quite thoroughly and sent over a prescription change and then one for the UTI. I do have a follow up appointment with her as well.

I would tell them that Heather Williams is very stern, set in her ways, & to not expect a friendly interaction with her. I can’t speak on how well I feel she does her job bc I only had to see her once, but I left feeling like she cut me down a few inches.

She is the only provider that never examined me ! I didn’t understand or appreciate her asking how my flanks were???? Did she compare me to a cow? I would not want her as my primary physician.

Heather and Patrice were wonderful and took good care of [Patient]. Heather helped by picking [Patient] up when [Patient] asked as I was not able to carry her. Heather listened and was very empathetic. Patrice is always great with the kids and giving snacks which makes the visit better for the kids. Everyone was great and we appreciate the care that is always give. The Harrison office always goes above and beyond. [Patient name redacted for privacy.]

I had really let something go for two weeks. It was not possible to test me for viruses, especially after two weeks. PA Heather Williams explained so much to me. She made it clear what I likely had and what could be done about it. I had never done steroids before and I’m 64 years old. It provided relief within 12 hours and the next day so many of my complaints were resolved, including the aching and soreness in my muscles, bones, and joints. As well, the painful swallowing had been alleviated by her remedy. I am truly grateful and appreciate the treatment I received from Heather Williams.
