What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Carley is amazing. I love her and Danielle. What I don't like is when the phone is answered with only "MyMichigan". What department did I call? What is your name? I was also told I probably would need to wait until my appointment in 4 weeks as there might not be any openings for my acute symptoms or go to the Walk In Clinic. Turns out there was an appointment the next morning. Why tell me this? It only irritated and caused anxiety for no reason. Also, when I walked in for my appointment, one of the front desk ladies was slouched in her chair scrolling thru her phone. I checked in with another lady, but she still didn't put her phone down and look professional. Sorry, but it didn't look good.

Beautiful facility professional staff including the emergency area. All my medical needs were answered within the facility. Nurses were very capable and caring.

Carly is an excellent health provider! She listens intently, she has always had my chart up, has the reports ready to talk about from my other Heath providers. She is extremely current on health issues and has recommended the best providers for my health issues. I highly recommend Carly!!!!

Carley was fantastic for my first appointment. It was quick but thorough and she made the appointment very comfortable. She also read my bloodwork results extremely quickly. I am really glad I chose this office and Carley as my PCP.
