This provider is very good, and I am sad he is leaving Mount Pleasant. I am not happy with My Michigan Health right now though. They do not have any providers accepting new patients. I was moved to a provider in Alma that is not accepting new patients. My Michigan Health was quite unhelpful when it came to helping me find a new primary provider. I still don’t have one. I felt as though I was being dumped and told to figure it out.

Dr. Power is always willing to listen to my point of view, and if I’m wrong, he corrects me in a way that is helpful and not humiliating! He lets me know about new meds introduced to me and what to watch for as to side effects or the improvement that we’re looking for!

Alex is awesome. I have heard he is leaving soon, so I am very sad to lose him as my physician. I wish he would stay. He has been the best physician I’ve had in a long time.

Doctor power is on time, The first thing He does Is ask if I have questions which I always do and he answers them all. He goes through everything and he always make sure that I understand what he is telling me. And he looks at me when he’s talking. I think he is terrific!
