Love the care and she values her patients' needs.
Appointment setting: they need to hire more doctors to meet emergency needs, not pull out their doctors while in person. Happens 3x haven’t finished my appointment because of these events.

I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr Khan. She listened to me and addressed my immediate concerns. My only frustration is waiting for an opening for physical therapy to address my pain

This is a provider that listens to what you have to say, answers your questions and explains things so you can understand them. She very much cares about your health and provides examples of what you can do to reach your shared goals.

So far I have had a great experience with Dr. Khan. In fact I have recommended her to numerous individuals who were seeking a new primary care physician. Overall, I really appreciate her willingness to give of her time and she doesn't seem like she's always in a hurry to rush off to the next patient.

My husband needed testing other than bloodwork. I signed in at the kiosk. We are 77 years of age. When he had not been called, I went into Dr Kahn’s reception desk at the front and said we had not been called. No one was willing to even ask questions. Finally I asked a person in the lobby and she explained I needed to talk to an employee on the South wall. By the time the test was done we were late for the appointment. We went into Drs reception and were told we would have to make another appointment as we were too late. Then we got a disciplinary follow up letter.

I have not been with her very long, but I feel that she has potential to be a very good primary care doctor.
