Khan was a great doctor, she was the first provider in this area to take my concerns seriously and treat me with respect. She was friendly and a good listener. Khan is efficient and always finds a solution to a problem. She will be greatly missed.

I have told many people how wonderful Dr. KHAN is. I am so so sad that she will be leaving. It is hard to find a PCP that will "hear" what you're saying. Going to miss her and her staff.

I enjoyed seeing Dr. Kahn during her time at MyMich. However, the hospital has failed to notify me of her departure, not leaving me enough time to find a new doctor. I was "assigned" to a nurse practitioner who does not have the authority to refill my prescriptions. Turnover at this location is HIGH and the patients are the ones who pay the price.

MyMidMich - needs to change or make incentive to keep such good doctors like Dr. Kahn. Another one gets away....... If I stay with MyMid I will be going on 4 different doctors since I've been here - that's not a good feeling. . You DON'T even have a local doctor to offer me other than going out of town for each appointment we have. Just not a good deal here

Distracted. Seemingly unaware of my medical history even when some of those changes were made by Dr Khan herself. No questions about conditions or medications that were discussed/prescribed in the last visit. Nervous and inexperienced in the procedure given.

MyMidMich - needs to do something to encourage these Dr's to stay. Dr Kahn is one of the best Dr's I have had (3 Dr's since I've been with MyMidMich about last 5 yrs) Now don't even have one to offer patients in this area. Pretty sad situation.

We just moved here in [MONTH, YEAR]. We had our previous PCP for almost 30 years and she and the facility were excellent. I was uneasy and nervous at having to find a new PCP and facility but this has been a smooth and excellent transition for both my husband and me.

My whole family uses Dr. Khan and we all are very impressed by her. She actually listens to what we say and makes sure we understand completely what needs to be done, and why. She is absolutely the best doctor we've ever had.

Love the care and she values her patients' needs.
Appointment setting: they need to hire more doctors to meet emergency needs, not pull out their doctors while in person. Happens 3x haven’t finished my appointment because of these events.

She was a fantastic doctor! Caring, knowledgeable, compassianate and communicates excedingly well. She's the best doctor any of our family has ever had. Devastating to have her leaving. Impossible to replace her.

I don’t see my Doctor as much as I can because of the busy schedule, every time have an appointment with her she has to pull out from the appointment because of emergency. We can’t even finish our appointment. Does this hospital has enough staff to facilitate. Worse experience with appointment but Simmen Khan is very good on her field. Hospital set up and scheduled seem like a joke.

I would not be here without Dr Khan's care. She diagnosed a heart condition that really surprised me, and has made all of the right calls on my cancer care.

Right now they seem to be going through some kind of transition phase--familiar staff gone, new faces when I go in now. HOWEVER. the new faces are extremely warm, friendly, and comforting.
