too many concerns talked about took too long to get follow up on, spent too much time on one thing so others things were never addressed.

This was the very first time that I seen dr kahn I was very happy with the service that I reviewed.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I really appreciate Dr Khan, my only real gripe is that there are often prescription issues (prior auth doesn’t get put in for when it’s needed, script sent to the pharmacy doesn’t match what had been agreed to in the appointment, etc) that often take between several days and a week to get resolved (almost leaving me without meds on several occasions).

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I only met her once, but I had a great first impression. I have anxiety & agoraphobia making it especially difficult for me to go new places & be around new people. I deeply appreciate the kindness of the staff & Dr. Kahn making me comfortable. Dr. Kahn explained new ideas to me about how to become healthier & explained the health issues I have now in a way that I much better understand. She is kind & caring on top of being intelligent. I couldn’t want anything more from a doctor!

Dr. Khan is my new PCP so I have had only one visit with her. But, she listened to what I said, offered great practical advice and left me with a feeling that I can be in control, and have been doing that quite well so far! I respond better to a "coach" approach than I do a lecturer or nag approach, and she seems to be a good coach.

It appears to improve in front reception but declining in back office. Assistant very cold and new dr likes to talk to you in a distance. More concerned about their health than yours.

Dr Kahn spent more time with me than any doctor I’ve ever had. She had reviewed my history since this was our initial meeting, listened carefully, discussed my medical concerns, offered helpful suggestions, and followed through quickly. She is very pleasant, and has a sense of humor that puts one at ease. Great new staff member.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would recommend Dr. Kahn to family and friends. I have recently changed over from a different provider, and appreciate trying to help figure out my issue. The only thing Im upset with is I had 2 labs done and I see my results on my chart but not sure of if my numbers are good or what they mean. Ive called twice for a call back with her assistant and today is third day and Im still clueless.

Very friendly, listens to all your concerns. Goes out of her way to figure out what's going on. Only downfall is not responding back on portal so a week later I try again. Needs work on that especially if some things can't be put on hold.
