Dr. Bill’s always puts me at ease in letting me know that he has my back when it comes to managing my Major Depression and Panic Disorder. He frames things in a positive light and that allows me to move forward even when I am going through stressful life events. I trust Dr. Bills with my care, which is something I highly value.

The appointments are a very positive experience, very casual and comfortable, seemingly nonstructured but everything important gets covered.

good experience, Dr Matiloli is very tuned into me as a patient. However I can never reach them by phone. No one answers and it takes a few days to get back with you. When I inquired as to why it takes so long they said they have two offices they have to take care of

To not be afraid to take medication for your mental health in addition to your physical health. Jinge listened, and I'm now on a medication that has helped me immensely.

I have been seeing Dr T for years. He just makes you feel comfortable and you can talk to him about anything. He is always empathetic and understanding to how I am feeling. He gives me tools to help myself.

Dr Esang is so nice. He listens to what you say, doesn't interrupt you and he remembers what you said from one visit to the next. The staff at the Standish office are so amazing. They make you feel comfortable before the telehealth visit even begins. Kim is amazing at her job.

Dr Mattioli is very patient and kind. Finally a Dr who actually listens to understand. Most Drs listen with one ear while they are busy on their computer. Nice to see someone who really cares
