Jana Orr listens thoughtfully and takes detailed notes about experiences and concerns. She is prompt to refill medications and always keeps appointments on time.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Everyones great, honestly! but i feel like I've been placed on the back burner so to speak. Theres always something not going right and this person doesn't know why so we have to wait and contact this other person who should know whats going on and they dont even know, just keeps taking longer and longer to start treatment and I'm really struggling. This treatment is so important to me and my family and i feel let down.

Jan is a wonderful doctor. She listens to me. We talk about things and decide what we should do. The staff is great. They’re always nice to me kind and caring.

My experience from out patient hospitalization to seeing Dr. Bill and now Jana has been so on point of the care, compassionate and professionalism that I mention this place to many who are seeking real help. The Team work in office right down to the patient is fantastic and phenomenal 👏 👌 🙌 God bless and keep on keeping on. Thnak you to you ALL!!

I am very thankful for Jana, she takes the time to listen, you don't find that to often with all the business going on. She is kind and supportive. Jana looks to improve and that is a very positive outlook along with high importance. I recommend MyMichigan all the time. Yous think about others in what they are going through and help guide. Jana Orr listened intently. She was patient, understanding, and willing to work together to find the best path forward for medication management.

This provider is one of a kind. She listens to your needs and if you arent sure what those needs are she will guide you to become the best version of yourself. I may have become a patient recently, but we talk like we've known each other for 25 years. You come out of the appointment with a positive outlook and the motivation needed!

That the care from the staff is exceptionally over the top! I always recommend MyMichigan and for any Mental health issues I am not ashamed to speak of the Out Patient Hospital Program. My experience there overall has been a 10!

Jana is very good provider. She listens to me if I need more time she gives that to me and I just think she’s a wonderful doctor. Thank you so very much and please tell her that I said this.

I know I can trust her because this facility is top notch. I trust because of trusting Dr Bill's and Dr Khan. I felt the appointment couldn't have been any better. I look forward to working with her.

I came in to my appointment extremely anxious due to a prior negative experience with a very dismissive psych at a different facility. I almost turned around on my way to my appointment out of fear that this would be the same. I am so glad I didn’t! Jana was seriously amazing. She is insanely chill. She listened, understood, and believed me. She didn’t judge me. I felt so validated and like I was actually getting the help I needed. Complete opposite experience as my last. The entire office was friendly and pleasant. The front desk girl (Shelby I think?) was so sweet. As was the nurse who complimented my tattoo haha! (I can’t remember her name, sorry!) Overall vibes of this office were immaculate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This provider is very reliable and straightforward with her job by getting things done efficiently and using trial and error to figure out plausible solutions to the issue.
