Dr Bills is always willing to discuss not only medication options, but behavioral options that could be of benefit.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Bills showed concern for me in recent difficulties I’ve experienced with my depression and anxiety. He worked conscientiously with me to find ways for me to improve my situation.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I appreciate that Dr. Bills took the time to listen to me about my medication concerns and recent changes. I also appreciate that he tells me why I may need a change in medication and closer appointments. He has made it clear I may contact him for any immediate needs. Using the video is especially nice, as I don't feel safe when I go out alone. He schedules our appointments himself. On the rare occasion the appointment must be rescheduled his staff has been very pleasant and accommodating.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I have nothing negative to say about the experience. As a general comment about each department under the umbrella of Mid Michigan. When departments call, better identification should be displayed. I will not pickup the call unless I know who is calling. This delay creates ineffective time management. While I realize there's a concern about privacy, the majority of patients have cell phones. We provide our numbers and signed HIPA releases each year. If there's concern over saying Phycologist just saying MidMichigan would be better than nothing.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Bills is always very good about giving me the time to express all of my concerns and to answer all of my questions. It is comforting to know that Dr. Bills is there when I need him, and it is also reassuring to know that there are several options - including leading edge treatments - available at the clinic if and when I need them to support my care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
