What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Bill’s is an excellent physician. In the past few years that I’ve had him as one of my specialists, he’s exhibiting nothing less than a true concern and understanding of my particular needs. He’s very knowledgeable about the impact of medications, how they work in tandem with the other medications that I use, on my system. He listens to me very well, which is so important to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing the kind of help he provides.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Bills is the best psychiatrist I've ever had! He is very respectful, empathetic and actually listens to you before jumping in. He doesn't rush you and welcomes you to bring up questions or concerns. I also love that we usually do telehealth but when things are really bad I can come in for an in-person visit which is sometimes necessary.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Bills is a kind and highly competent psychiatrist who has knowledge of and the ability to treat patients with cutting-edge medical solutions for major depression and panic disorder. I need a doctor like Dr. Bills because I’ve faced serious issues with these illnesses. Knowing that I have Dr. Bills to help me when I need it is most reassuring.

Dr Bills has been instrumental in helping my husband get to the point of being able to say “thank you, but I think I can continue now with my pcp”. It’s been a long journey and we are grateful for Dr Bills support.

Dr. Bill’s is my favorite doctor. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Beginning with our very first appointment he has been interested in me as well as my health. I mean truly interested not just a a doctor asking about medical issues. He cares about me as a person.

I was in the Partial hospitalization program last week for 2 1/2 days. The staff and Dr. Bill’s were so nice and kind and answered all my questions or sent me to somebody who would know more than them. I had to leave the program suddenly but definitely will come back if I need to.

I would say that once I was onboarded as a patient with this provider I have absolutely no complaints and only positive things to say about my experience. Except for the music that is on-loop in the practice. It's...unoffensive but after several recurring visits it has begun to drive me up the wall a little bit.

I would tell them that I have been very happy with Dr. Bills. In fact, I have spoken to others about him and how important he is in the mix of the medical professionals who I rely on for my overall health and wellbeing.

Dr. Bills has always been there for me when I’ve needed him. He makes sure I have my medications, which is critical for my health. He offers treatment types that are more advanced than those I’ve tried in the past, and I expect that I will try one of them someday soon. It’s helpful just knowing that those options are available and that if I were to become severely I’ll (as has happened in the past) that the partial hospitalization program exists as close as it does in Midland where Dr. Bills has his clinic.

Our appointment felt rushed. It was literally only about medication. I was seeking counseling and medication help by a psychiatrist. I feel like all that mattered was the medication I was on.
