What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Just started with Dr. Phillips. We have tried some medicine and I have had some reactions. We are working to try to get this worked out. I’m still having headaches, and abdomen pain.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
She is willing to work with me on my medications. That means a lot to me. I know I need medicine -I am somewhat concerned about being 'over-medicated.'
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I cannot say - perhaps listening to my fears about being too medicated forever - it is something present in my mind....

She listens, really listens. She takes everything I have to say into consideration and discusses the detriments and benefits of what I am saying and gives ways to deal with things.

The staff was very quick to respond to my message and set me up an appointment as soon as possible. Dr jinge phillips works with me on adjusting meds and listens to how I’m feeling and how the meds are working and is willing to do anything that will help have me an easier life so to speak. Always quick to respond for messages medication refills

Jinge Phillip’s also had an intern with her this last appointment. He did an excellent job trying to know me and my issues with medication.

It was thorough and went as well as it could be.

Jinge Phillips is very thorough when dealing with a difficult subject. She doesn''t take it lightly. She skillfully deals with the various parts or sides of it and deals with the subject objectively and thorooughly.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Can't think of much - perhaps more time to examine certain subjects,, or :) -- iced coffee and treats! :)

Jinge demonstrates interest in how you are feeling and things important to you. This is very important to me. I trust her to do things in my best interest. Staff in the front office is friendly and helpful.

I think the services I received was outstanding. Keep up the great customer service!!
