Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
She is willing to work with me on my medications. That means a lot to me. I know I need medicine -I am somewhat concerned about being 'over-medicated.'
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I cannot say - perhaps listening to my fears about being too medicated forever - it is something present in my mind....

She listens, really listens. She takes everything I have to say into consideration and discusses the detriments and benefits of what I am saying and gives ways to deal with things.

The staff was very quick to respond to my message and set me up an appointment as soon as possible. Dr jinge phillips works with me on adjusting meds and listens to how I’m feeling and how the meds are working and is willing to do anything that will help have me an easier life so to speak. Always quick to respond for messages medication refills

Jinge Phillip’s also had an intern with her this last appointment. He did an excellent job trying to know me and my issues with medication.

It was thorough and went as well as it could be.

Jinge Phillips is very thorough when dealing with a difficult subject. She doesn''t take it lightly. She skillfully deals with the various parts or sides of it and deals with the subject objectively and thorooughly.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Can't think of much - perhaps more time to examine certain subjects,, or :) -- iced coffee and treats! :)

Jinge demonstrates interest in how you are feeling and things important to you. This is very important to me. I trust her to do things in my best interest. Staff in the front office is friendly and helpful.

Didn’t go in office, but Jinge is always polite and friendly.

Sometimes I think language is a barrier but Jinge is patient and will re-explain things as needed to me

While I was a bit mifffed that she directed what seemed like 90% of her discucssion tto my brother, a little to me, I felt she was very good at showing respect to him - when I pointed out to her that she mainly directed her attention to my younger brother,she told me it was out of respect; and continued to do so, in sppite of my mention that she was durectung very little to me - as I was the patient, I found dthat confufsing -but she did a spectacular job of showing respect to my brother- who has litttle medical background, having been a Ford engineeer; but wants to understand what is medically going on with me. However, I would not want susch obsequiousness to him a disregard to me to be repeated.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I would have liked it had she directed at least half of her conversation to me, as it was just if not more important that I nderstand what was going on with my medical treatment. It was difficult to feel involved in the conversation. However, I suspect her action was mostly out of enthusiasm, as my youngest brother is and has always been very charming, while I tend to be more retiring. It would have helped me to be attentive to what she was explaining had she showed some interested in maintaiing eye-conntact with me as well. I admit I remember little of what she said as she appeared to be talking past me.

She does a very well job in caring for my needs and concerns. However No one is perfect, therefore there is always room for improvement. As she is not the king or son of god

She has always listened well, and asks appropriate questions of how I am doing. She is also good to ask if anything else is needed. She also keeps my refills up to date on my one medication. Thank-you!

Patients should not be laughed at. Patients should feel heard and respected. A care team should work together with the patient to make a plan of care.
