What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. O is a very compassionate and patient doctor. When our children's mental health needed attention, we didn't know where to turn. One recommendation led us to a doctor that has had a positive impact on both of our children. We cannot thank him enough for helping in our time of need.

He seemed very distracted. I don't feel like my son got the attention he deserved. More meds were ordered than were needed.

I would tell family and friends that Dr. O is extremely good and caring and attentive. And I would recommend him highly.

I would recommend the many different types of programs your office has to offer. Miss the many changes though. I have faith I will get used to them though.

I feel comfortable talking with him. He listens and gives you his feedback. I needed prescription for going out of the country in a very limited time. His front desk ladies helped me calm down and sent a red flag to Dr O. I was very luky to have them all help me get my med.

I needed to ask for refill quick without waiting and avoiding last minute rush.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
We have been trying to set up a patient portal for our daughter. The office has been no help with this. They tell us to check the website and call the number, and we always get referred back to the office.

This appointment was rescheduled several times which is frustrating and he only has in person visits on Wednesdays which is not always convenient. I understand he took over for another Doctor but I wish we hadn't been pushed out months and months.

The office or the doctor forgot twice for both appointments to send me the link for the virtual appointment. I had to call both times to remind them and get it.

Dr. Osuagwu is always very interested and involved in what [Patient] has to say. He asks him thoughtful, probing questions to be sure he has a clear picture of what [Patient] is feeling and experiencing. I’m very impressed with his level of care, compassion and knowledge. Dr O always, always sees us when we need him. As parents of a minor, we truly appreciate that he will go above and beyond to ensure he is supporting us in a very timely manner.

His professional and empathic manner, I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my initial visit, upon leaving I left with a very positive mindset.

He is just always good about listening to what we have to say. He is very respectful and I would hands down recommend him to anyone. We have never met in person yet I feel like he is able to connect with us via online services

How quickly the appointment was made was amazing. My daughter had a same day appointment, and the staff was wonderful with giving me directions on how to do a mobile phone appointment. Next time we will use a laptop, as I have trouble hearing on my phone. Even through that, the Dr. was very patient.

The staff and Doctor are always kind, courteous and prompt. They answer all questions and are very thorough. Never leave a appointment feeling like I have unanswered questions or unaddressed issues. Very satisfied with the service we receive

Everyone is friendly and very professional. The office staff always make sure I have a future appointment for my daughter and are always helpful when I need to speak with a nurse or any other medical staff.

I think overall the experience we have had has been excellent, no improvement needed.

Dr. Osuagwu is always very attentive to the specifics of what my son says and follows up with pointed questions to fully understand the situation. He is very responsive and it's clear that he genuinely cares in Drew's mental well-being and care.

N/A Dr. O is by far the best child psychiatrist that has worked with my son!

He hasn't listened in two years. Nor has my child improved any since getting services with him.

Treat his patient. Not make things up in his notes that aren't true. Listen and understand patients needs and provide appropriate treatment.
