She’s nice, but lumped me in with other patients with similar issues. Could not fathom I might be a different case/diagnosis with the same issue others have.

Her accent can be hard to follow as she is not from the USA and she talks really fast.

Melissa and her nurse Leslie are always kind thorough and positive. I always feel better when I leave than when I arrived. This is saying something in today’s world of the sickcare model in the USA.

The nurses had to update my medication information. They seemed frustrated and confused how to record a product that was not provided as a option in the system. They figured it out, but not without complaining.

He talked too fast and wrote directions on the green sheet of paper, which I could not read (handwriting) after I got home.

Dr Theuma has been my doctor for over 25 years.I still have trouble at times understanding him as my hearing decreases. However, l wouldn't change him for anyone. I feel l can talk to him and he will listen to my opinion and concerns.

She gave me lessons on learning how to taking care of my diabetes with easy math that provides me on how much I should give myself insulin and new 15-day dexcom that lasts longer than 7 days with easier features of blood glucose and experience.
