My only complaint would be that I had spent 3 weeks trying to get a message through that my prescription needed renewed. When it finally was, I was not notified that it had been done. Hy-Vee pharmacy did not notify me either.

Even though I have been regularly coming to the Diabetic Health Clinic for years, I always am encouraged by Joy Schrader - her advice and knowledge makes my application of it do-able. I trust her.

Discussed continuing my normal prescription. NOT generic. She agreed to refill. Dr prescribed generic anyway to my pharmacy. Had been on previous meds 2 years.

I like her a lot and then she takes good care of me. I’ve never had my cruises and stuff better like I said it isn’t about her. I like her very very much but the rest of your place is so hard to get any information. Find anything or do anything so until I talk to her in person I just avoid you guys.

My provider can't be beat. He has all the qualities of what a provider should be like.Used to be all providers felt the same way about patient care. Many now look at it as a professional job with pay and their heart isn't in the type of patient care thatused to be found. Dr. Khoo is one of the few exceptions to the rule. He shows, care, compassion, concern and wants to make things better for his patients.

Dr Johnson is an awesome doctor! He listens to any concerns/questions and explains things very well! I am so glad I stuck my ground & said I wanted to wait until I could get into him as a new patient years ago, even though I knew I could have gotten in to a different provider sooner. He will be greatly missed! I wish him a very happy and healthy retirement!

Dr. Khoo is amazing and thorough. He addressed every concern I had and let me know what to expect over the next several months. He made changes to my care that were helpful and would make getting necessary medications more convenient. I really value the information I receive when I attend my office visits with Dr Khoo.

I've been with Dr Johnson for 15 years. That's when I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and I wasn't aware of that. Dr Johnson informed me about diabetes and how to deal with it. Dr Johnson is great.

She’s nice, but lumped me in with other patients with similar issues. Could not fathom I might be a different case/diagnosis with the same issue others have.

Her accent can be hard to follow as she is not from the USA and she talks really fast.
