I would say she was excellent. She explained what was find on my ultrasound and explained how they could do the biopsy today but also explained that they could wait and then do another ultrasound. So I could have the information to make my decision.

Nothing about the provider, he was very informative. What I would like to suggest is more signs or information on how to get to their office. The office should send a map to the patients so we can find it without walking from one end of the hospital to the other just to find out I had to go back to where I started. Better signage and maybe a real person to help with directions as I saw no one at the front entrance to ask directions.

Joy has been my diabetic provider for many years. I really appreciate her and would not want to change to anyone else. She is very thorough and caring!! And very good at explaining what I need to know!!!

I was told that she is usually late to come into work. Appointment was at 7:45 and didn't see her until 8:30. They told me that they would text her and tell her I was waiting.
