My only complaint would be that I had spent 3 weeks trying to get a message through that my prescription needed renewed. When it finally was, I was not notified that it had been done. Hy-Vee pharmacy did not notify me either.

My provider can't be beat. He has all the qualities of what a provider should be like.Used to be all providers felt the same way about patient care. Many now look at it as a professional job with pay and their heart isn't in the type of patient care thatused to be found. Dr. Khoo is one of the few exceptions to the rule. He shows, care, compassion, concern and wants to make things better for his patients.

Dr. Khoo is amazing and thorough. He addressed every concern I had and let me know what to expect over the next several months. He made changes to my care that were helpful and would make getting necessary medications more convenient. I really value the information I receive when I attend my office visits with Dr Khoo.
