From the moment I walked into the west campus I was treated very respectfully by the check-in staff and walked over to the clinic where I did not wait long at all before I was called back. Tina explained my options in detail and even told me I would have to await a prior auth. for my prescription. This typically(in my experience) takes DAYS. It was approved the same day! I was very impressed with that! Tina Reid is great and easy to talk to!
