I adore Dr.Dy she is an amazing doctor she has gone above and beyond with my medical needs. She truly cares about my health. She gives me better care than any of my doctors. If it wasn't for her persistence. When I was mis-diagnosed with diabetes insipodice years ago she found i had a rare tumor. I would not be here today. I have the deepest respect and gratitude for Dr.Dy.

I like Dr. Dy and think she is very knowledgeable. However, she talks much too fast so it's hard to absorb and comprehend what she is explaining. Please suggest that she slow down a bit. Thank you.

Dr. Dy is a GREAT asset to your Healthcare Organization. I have to drive 200 miles round trip to Des Moines and back home to Ottumwa for each appointment and it is worth it to be in her care treating my condition. I appreciate the way she has studied my CGM chart and we visit about it and ways to improve. I'm very glad she is at Mercy One.

I really like how easy it was to follow Dr Dy Pearl, the information would normally feel daunting and overwhelming. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I feel like I'm working towards answers with my health which I really appreciate.

I was a with Dr. Nancy Kane & when she retired I was uncertain who could replace her with my diabetic care. I am happy to have Dr. Pearl Dy to help me with my journey as I try to navigate & take care of my health. Dr. Dy is honest & caring but lets me make my own decisions, I appreciate that completely.

In a very condescending way, she told me she feels "bad" for me that I check my cgm so often. The reason i check it so often is because i try to catch low blood sugar before it drops below 70 and gives me extreme symptoms such as convulsions. She then told me I don't need my cgm monitor any more in spite of it being the only thing that has allowed me to keep track of my blood sugar and start getting healthy after being sick for the last year, unaware that I was experiencing extreme hypoglycemia. She dismissed everything i said and basically shooed me out the door.
