I feel very confident in the information and treatment I receive at this office, particularly with Melissa. She makes it feel like the medical treatment is a collaboration rather than "marching orders."

Melissa is a true partner, not only in my diabetes management, but sll things surrounding that can impact my diabetes as well as general heath. When I hit burnout with my T1 management, Melissa is able to help me get back on track through genuine listening, caring, understanding, and practical next steps.

Melissa always takes time to go over my list of questions as well as my blood test results. She shares her proactive plan of action with me and we go from there. It's always better to be proactive rather than reactive.
