Baptist Downtown is a hospital has great facilities, doctors, and staff to support me in the
needs that I have in my aging process.
My most recent visit with a heart procedure and overnight stay was no exception.
From check-in to admitting the service was quick and seamless.
The new section for heart rehab procedures was absolutely terrific with all rooms having
a ground level view of the St John's River.
The nursing and medical staff were always available to assist. I have to mention
a few names that helped care for me. Shavely & Crystal in nursing. Nathan, Jill, and a
surgical assistant who graduated from Englewood HS. Of course my EP Cardiologist,
Dr, McKillop, who has corrected my AFib and Arrhythmia, and his support staff.
I wish I could recall more names from the greeter [ Evelyn, I believe] who checked me in
to the nursing assistant who took me to my car to return home, that were there to
make thing better for us, your patients.
My sincere appreciation goes out to the Baptist staff, doctors, and facility's - downtown, Beaches, and South - that have helped me in my health journey and medical needs.

Everyone was very helpful …GREAT ATTITUDE!!! All were EAGER to help - Heart Doctor excellent..truly cared ..very attentive and sincerely cared about my condition. I have been going to Baptist Hear Health since 2012 …always excellent!!!

Every staff member that took care of my father on 3North ( I can’t remember the other unit that he was initially admitted to) gave excellent care! They were all very nice, came in often to check to see if he needed anything. Some joked around , some came in to cheer him up and every nurse that was assigned to him came in with a smile. Both charge nurses were extremely nice and accommodating to whatever my father needed. Hands down 10 out of 10!!!

Everything from checking in, the professionalism of all personnel. Dr.Austin is the best. No question is silly or unimportant. He takes his time with me and doesn't leave until I am satisfied with my appointment and all questions answered.

My experience in the Rhythm Center was amazing. My room was clean, attractive and comfortable for me and family. Best of all is the amazing river front view. It was so much better to have the water to look at from my bed. The nursing staff was top-notch, efficient and attentive. I particularly want to compliment you on my night nurse Idaris. She was highly competent in her job but what made her stand out was the warmth and kindness that she showed in every interaction with me. You are so fortunate to have her on your staff. I have already recommended your facility to my family and friends.
