The office staff are professional and friendly. They seem to actually like their jobs. Dr. Ross is just the BEST. He takes his time and answers all my questions. The procedure Dr Ross performed was highly successful and has made me very happy.

Very nice front desk personnel. Never have had to wait long to be seen by doctor which is very rare for other offices. And Dr. Austin is great! Really listens and is conservative which we like. I highly recommend Baptist Heart Specials and Dr. Austin!

I like the efficiency of making an appointment and getting in right away. Everyone at the office of Electrophysiology was very personable and thorough. Dr. Austin was so good at explaining my issue to me and my family. He took a lot of time with me. He helped allay our fears.
