Right now I am really sick septic and my legs just swelled up then my transportation didn't show up but this appointment was important!! So instead of canceling it the nurse told me to hold on came back and told me they would switch it to virtual and I asked how can she hear my rainstorm virtual? She said oh I hear them in your voice! I wish I got her name I'd send her one of those star things to recognize her because I thought that was awesome.

I cannot say enough positive about dr raju. I would rate her a 10 on your scale of 1 to 5. I am so happy to have found such a caring and patient doctor. She took time to explain. Answered all questions and perceived questions we did no know to ask. Polite and professional. She made me feel she was providing the best care and plan that she would for her own mother or child. I had my appointment time wrong in my calendar. My husband needed to be home to get his cancer medicine delivered right around the time my appointment was. Everyone from the front desk, nurse, and Dr Kapadia got me in for my appointment earlier, so we could be home to get my husband's medication. Everyone in that office show they care about their patients from the minute you walk in that door until it's time to leave.They all deserve a big thank you.

For the past two months we have been in and out of Doctors offices and my husband has had several scans and texts to determine if he has cancer. We were anxious to get a diagnosis and were concerned that this visit was going to be just another consultation. Dr Kapadia came in and was very pleasant. It seemed that he had already looked at Bob's records beforehand. Instead of discussing another lung biopsy, he felt that surgery was the next option and immediately contacted a surgeon who came in and talked with us. We left the office feeling like the Doctor cared and for the first time going through this process, we were happy that something was going to be done right away.
