Dr. Nguyen is the best pulmonologist I've ever seen. He takes the time to explain all my test results and what they mean and how that affects how I'm feeling. I never feel rushed like he's already thinking about his next patient. He goes over upcoming tests and the appointments to go over the results. Before the visit is ended, he ALWAYS double checks with me that I've understood everything. This might seem like "well yeah that's his job." I can tell you, his job or not, It is rare to leave a doctor's office feeling like someone really listened to what you had to say and absolutely heard you.
