Maria at the front desk and Tom, the office manager, worked together to get me an appointment asap for pulmonary clearance for an upcoming surgery. My doctor recently retired who I like very much - Dr. [ ] - but I needed an updated clearance for my orthopedic surgeon. They both worked me into the busy schedule on an emergency basis, and I saw Dr. Patel within 24 hours. He was also very attentive and took his time with me for my initial appointment. When he asked me what time I wake up, I told him my first alarm goes off at 6:00 AM. He chuckled and asked, "How many alarms do you have?". Three would be the answer. Everyone at the office has been professional and friendly each visit and they went above and beyond to help me through a difficult situation. They entire office sets a good example. Thank you.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Patel and he took some time at the end to ask me about my personal background. Where I grew up, schools, etc. I don't recall the last time a doctor showed Interest not only in my health, but getting to know me as the person he was treating. He was very exceptional and I'm glad he is now my Pulmonary physician.

Dr Patel is awesome. Haven't seen him in a year but he asked me if I was still walking 4 miles a day at work. He remembered, and that matters to me.That is taking an interest in your patients.

I don’t remeber the girl I spoke with to make the appointment but she was AMAZING!! The lady whom checked me in and out at the front desks was also so AMAZING! Everyone I interacted with was so sweet and amazing!! It’s hard going to the doctor in [ ] because it’s hard to get appointments!! But when you get an appointment FINALLY it’s nice to have such an amazing staff to help and explain and make sure you understand.

Even though Dr. Patel was obviously on the under the [ ],, he expressed Interest to ensure I was OK with using my [ ]. Like understanding the difference of where I may be able to use it at different times of the day. I value his opinion because when I first came though to see him Several years ago, it was very [ ] from one part of the room to the other. Dr made me feel confident and knowing that I’d be better once again even though I was afraid. I put trust in him Because as we First spoke, I found him to be very knowledgeable in expressing my treatment plan. I’m glad I took the chance because after my last appointment I graduated to a one year instead of twice a year appointments I appreciate the little things as well -no matter how small. Glad I did, thank you Dr. Patel.
