Everyone is always so helpful whether it’s over the phone or I. The office. I can’t say enough good things about the Administrative Staff, the Nursing Staff, and both the PA & the Doctor. Whether it’s relaying a message to the Nurse to call back with instructions on how to proceed or listening to my concerns, they are all “hands down” the most caring & kind team that I have experienced.

Dr Feroz showed attention to detail. He had patience and asked pertinent questions. Patty was thorough and helpful. Debbie at checkout desk was helpful. It was just a great visit. Everyone was professional but at the same time welcoming and helpful. All had smiles on their faces. As a nurse this struck me as a great place to work.

Lori at the front desk for check in was very friendly and nice in greeting and checking me in for my appointment. My appointment was right on time. Kristen at checkout is always so friendly and organized. She was able to schedule my follow up appointment with ease. Kristen is very patient, polite, professional and helpful with a calm demeanor. She always double checks with Dr. [ ] regarding his orders if there is a concern. Dr. [ ] is A great Physician. He is professional, calming , supportive with a great understanding of my medical history. He provided all tests results and stressed for me to call him for any questions and concerns prior to my next appointment if I needed to. I am grateful that he is providing me the best care and is part of my Medical team. Thank you Dr. [ ] and your team.

There was a nursing assistant or technician who greeted a patient with her face covering on to get his vitals etc. This patient said to her "I thought those were out of style ", referring to her face covering. She responded with a smile.

Dr. Feroz was the sweetest, most kind and happy dr I have ever met and I’ve had over a dozen. His quieter demeanor put me at ease. His eye to eye contact made me feel listened to and I wasn’t just another patient to get through the day. He genuinely likes his job. He was wonderful.
