I liked Dr. Naik very much. He was down to earth, explained everything clearly, I did not feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend him.

Was extremely happy with all the info he had compiled and informed me of what was necessary for my treatment. Not the best news for me but at least it was accurate in numbers informing the diagnosis. Needed to know the details.

The Dr himself. Always friendly, caring an listens. Never rushed in all my years with him. Only complaint is ur next appt you have to remember to call to make as they never call themselves causing me to be seen later than should.

I would like to pass on a special thanks to "Angie" who helped link Dr Naik to my [ ] and [ ] provider so he would be prepared for my visit. She was wonderful and very professional. She took the time to research and contact my previous Pulmonologist and [ ] provider. Her help was essential! She is a true professional and cares about all of her patients!

One of the front desk girls was most helpful explaining how to get to his office. Parking is at a premium and I had a tough time finding the office from where I parked. She led me to the office by phone and it worked out perfectly. Every one was waiting on my arrival and welcomed me into the office. This office s very efficient and everything went very smooth after I got to the office.

This office as I see has made massive changes to the front desk for the better. Prior to these changes there was only one person in that area showed the respect patients deserve. Staff need to understand hey work for the patient not the other way around. Doctor office are the same as an attorney or general contractor we hire them for service to provide us and they can be responsible for a doctor to lose patients. This entire front desk, the doctor assistant and others now appear to be fantastic just keep it up.

I felt at ease right away when Angie directed us to the exam room. She greets patients with a smile and sincere caring. I am very glad she is part of the team. Lori was part of the front desk time and she welcomed us with a smile. She is a wonderful addition to the team.

Dr Naik is extremely intelligent and explains everything in a way you can understand. He put both my husband and myself at ease explaining the plan of care. Unfortunately, we cannot remember her name, but there is a beautiful lady who is at the front desk window, who is absolutely amazing! She is very friendly, smiles all the time, and incredibly good at her job! We both had huge smiles leaving the office - she just made our day!

Doctor Naik, was well informed. He read all my emails correspondence related to the change in my [ ] would or would no longer cover. He was friendly and professional. Angela, the medical assistant was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend my friends and family as potential clients at this doctorâs office.
