This was the best medical experience I've had in a very long time! As an out of towner, Lisa (scheduler) understood my problem and worked diligently to get me scheduled as quickly as possible with Roberta Marino. I am so appreciative of their empathy, concern, understanding and willingness to help!

Dr. Roberta Marino was very outstanding, very attentive as I was explaining my situation concerning my health. And she was also honest about the side effects concerning the iron IV which makes me nervous, but she feels like that's what I need to address my problem, and so I finally agreed to do the IV. But overall she's a caring and compassionate Dr. Concerning her Patients. So thank You Dr. Marino!

Bobbi Marino has truly earned a special place in my heart. She is not only exceptionally knowledgeable, but also compassionate and deeply empathetic toward her patients. Thank you, Bobbi, for advocating so strongly with my insurance to ensure my infusion was covered and for arranging for me to receive treatment the very same day. I am incredibly grateful to have you as my hematologist.

Bridgit and Layla did their best in a HORRIBLE situation - Dr. [last name] was unavailable, cancelled night before. They were scrambling to accommodate a full waiting room. Bobbi was great!

I missed my appointment time by an hour because I scheduled it incorrectly on my calendar. The CSR and provider worked together to squeeze me in so I could be seen that day. I didn’t even have to wait long and no one lectured me or made me feel bad. The medical care was exceptional, the explanation of next steps was specific, clear, and simple. Overall, A+ experience from the Lee Health team.

I so appreciated the time Bobbie Marino took with me. Since it was my first time seeing her instead of Dr. [ ], she took the time to read my records and ask me questions. I felt like she wanted to know all about ME! I felt her compassion and interest. She didn’t make me feel like a “number” among a whole lot of other patients. I really like her!!
