First time I was seen by Kelly Brown and I couldn't have asked for a better visit. Very informative and understanding of my concerns.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful in finding someone who could see me within the timeframe I asked for. Also, when I dropped my cane, she would not let me pick it up myself, but went to the trouble of coming around from the desk through the door to pick it up for me. I really thought that went above and beyond. She also went to door to make sure the button would open for me on the way out. I appreciate people who are kind like she was, as well as looking out for my care. Thank You!

Staff did their jobs really well. Kind, friendly efficient. Kelly Brown was also excellent. She was kind, knowledgeable about my condition and listened to my concerns.

Kelly is always well prepared for my visit, has concern for how I am coping with my COVID related Interstitial Lung Disease, always up on making sure I am getting great testing to track my care, and had advocated for sending me for further testing or care opportunities that might help.

Right now I am really sick septic and my legs just swelled up then my transportation didn't show up but this appointment was important!! So instead of canceling it the nurse told me to hold on came back and told me they would switch it to virtual and I asked how can she hear my rainstorm virtual? She said oh I hear them in your voice! I wish I got her name I'd send her one of those star things to recognize her because I thought that was awesome.
