I have been using Kelly Browns' services for a long time. She always keeps me up to date on my condition, what I need to (continue to) do, and checks out my equipment needs. She is pleasant to deal with, but reminds me of the things I should be checking at home, and things to avoid; i.e. smoke filled environments, etc. More Kellys in the medical field would be great for all patients.

Kelly has been excellent in my care and helping me stay in [ ]. Front office staff is better than it used to be but can still improve. Not all are negative but the few they are, ruin the feelings toward the rest.

I would prefer to see Kelly Brown than Dr. [ ] She is an excellent nurse practitioner!! Very attentive and caring to my health situation. She answered all my question and gave me better understanding of my health.

REally enjoyed and appreciated my visit with Kelly. The staff who welcomed us and checked us in were warm and helpful, and Kelly was really prepared for my visit, having reviewed my records and charts. She had some great insights, gave some good advice, and referred me to another specialist for some throat problems I've been having. She asked great questions, was a great listener, and a real professional that I had confidence in.

I think the nurse's name was Cassandra who made sure someone explained my test results to me. She scheduled an appointment for me with Kelly Brown who was amazing! I had not felt heard in my previous appointment with one of the doctors; however, I felt heard by Kelly and she responded to my concerns.
