Dr Taillon eased my concerns by scheduling a [ ] in order to confirm my condition. I had been a [ ]. Angie, greeted me first and accomplished all the vitals. Angie, with her professionalism and expertise is an asset to Lee Health.

I just want to say that Angie, the nurse, was absolutely amazing. From the moment she walked in, her smile, sense of humor, and outgoing personality immediately put me at ease. I was very nervous going into this appointment, but her warm presence and light-hearted jokes genuinely helped me relax—so much so that my [ ] even came back at a normal rate despite my [ ]. It’s clear she truly enjoys what she does, and we need more staff like her. She made a real difference in my experience, and I’m so grateful.

My recent visit with Dr JORDAN TAILLON is one of the most comforting visit considering what I experienced with one of the floor staff at the Coconut Point ER. DR TAILLON is compassionate enough to assure me that should I go through [ ], I can always call his office and they will take me in and they will help me. Those words are more than enough to assure me DR. JORDAN TAILLON SINCERELY CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. Words are inadequate to express the heartfelt gratitude from what I heard from DR. JORDAN TAILLON.

Overall, my experience from front desk to Check out was excellent. All staff were friendly, courteous, great teamwork. As a new patient I was very impressed and comfortable. I am looking forward to working with them in the future. ( I am transferring from another practice)

I arrived earlier than my appointment time and expected to have to wait quite a while until my appointment but they took me back within 10 minutes. The staff and doctors here are phenomenal.
