Dr. Harewood was intelligent, professional and accommodating. I was apprehensive about reviving my care at a new location and she put my mind at ease. She knew my case before I walked in. She gave me a plan of care we both agreed upon. She was fast, but certainly enough time to handle all my concerns. She was efficient! She kept me focused and I felt safe with my healthcare in her hands.

Dr. Klink and his entire team provided an exceptional standard of care from the outset. His expertise, professionalism, compassion, and calm, reassuring manner gave me an immediate sense of relief. He reviewed my scans, explained everything clearly, answered my questions thoroughly, and took the time to discuss the next steps without ever making the appointment feel rushed, despite the demands of a clearly very busy practice. I would also especially like to recognize his nurse, Erica, and PA, Caitlin, whose kindness, attentiveness, and support were greatly appreciated. The front desk staff were equally welcoming, courteous, and efficient, helping to make the entire experience seamless and genuinely patient-centered. I left my appointment feeling reassured, relieved, and genuinely grateful to be under the care of Dr. Klink and his team as I move forward with surgery.
