My experience with Dr. Klink and his entire team over the past two years has been far better than I ever could have hoped for. From my very first appointment through surgery, follow-up care, and every interaction along the way, I was treated with genuine compassion, professionalism, and respect.The staff consistently went above and beyond to answer my questions, ease my concerns, and make a difficult experience as comfortable as possible. By the time I arrived at the hospital for surgery, I felt completely prepared and confident because of the exceptional care I had already received.Dr. Klink and his team set the standard for what outstanding healthcare should look like. Yes Dr. Klink's assistant was very cheerful and fun to consult with. I don't know her name. She came into the examining room ahead of the doctor to take my information. She was a black lady. I liked talking to her. Dr. Klink is a good physician. He is knowledgeable in his field of medicine. I like his sense of humor. It is subtlety funny. This doctor saved my life! I got a few extra years left in me now. Thank you Dr' Klink for buying this time for me.

My visit was a video call. Krista Marzano is an excellent Nurse Practitioner who goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to ask questions, if I have any. She explains everything so that I know what my condition Is and how to treat It. I would recommend her highly.

Krista was knowledgeable, professional and warm. It was our first meeting and I am very impressed with her care. In addition Erika at the front desk was so kind and professional. Florida Blue had sent me 2 ID cards. She took the time to sort out which was the correct card. The whole staff was wonderful.

Dr. Klink was amazing, he took his time to Explain everything in deep detail. I was going to go back to the first doctor I saw and let him perform my surgery. I left the office got to the first floor and said something wrong. I then remember the Doctor from Naples telling me after I told him I was going to seek a second Opinion, for me to go with the doctor that I felt most Comfortable with. So, I then Realize that was doctor Klink and I went back upstairs and told them that I had a change my heart and wanted Dr. Klink to perform my surgery. Thank you so much Dr. Klink!!

A substantial panel of blood tests was performed prior to my visit. The tests were performed on Tuesday morning and the doctors appointment was on Tuesday morning. I live in Cape Coral and the practice is in Bonita Springs - 29 mile travel distance each way. I arrived 15 minutes early and was informed that all of my blood tests have not arrived. The front desk offered a limited/partial scope appointment but that didn't make sense. I received a text message 3 minutes before my arrival at the doctors office. In the end I suggested a telemedicine appointment after all tests were sent to the doctor. The doctor and I had a telemedicine appointment the following week. This is the second time this has happened with the Bonita Springs location. The first time was earlier this year with an entirely different medical/specialty provider. This is not acceptable. Both specialty providers do not have offices in Cape Coral. There have been other missteps in the past and I would be willing to discuss them with you if you.

As this was a video visit, I interacted with Dr. Arya. She was on-time, very attentive and friendly. She explained my labs, asked questions, listened to me and answered all questions that I had. I did not feel rushed at all. I would also like to mention that her staff called to schedule our follow up visit shortly afterwards. I feel very lucky and am very happy that I found Dr. Arya!

Dr. Klink was absolutely terrific. His explanation of my cancer treatment was clear, concise, readily understandable, and calmed my frazzled nerves. His entire team was similarly outstanding. Thank god I was referred to Dr. Klink by Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York for treatment.
