Krista went over all of the [ ] I'm gone through the past few months and explained their results in an understanding way. She gave me advice on staying on what we discussed in our first appointment and that put me at ease.

Krista did a wonderful job of explaining to me the [ ] and everything involved with it. She also was verifying that I truly understood the information that she was delivering to me by asking follow up questions. Keekee was not in the visit but she did a wonderful job of getting it set up at literally the last minute. I’m actually looking forward to forward to dealing with either of these two in the future.

Krista Marzano. Professional and knowledgeable and presented a professional confidence and compassion that allowed for trust and comfort in the provider/patient relationship. She presented Excellent communication skills and delivery of information. Came well prepared to the consult, took time to address results, implications, and recommendations, and allowed for time to address questions and concerns and did so in a clear,concise, patient and compassionate manner. Other staff members were respectful and professional and seemed clear of their roles and responsibilities and thus worked well together. Samantha , at the front desk was responsive and efficient and on the same day successfully and quickly facilitated with scheduling of recommended referrals and future appointments. Having [ ] as a sub specialty expedited the process of receiving care and in preparing for and referral to a specialist. This experience provided need info and peace of mind Thank you.
