Dr. Leandro Moraes has been my hematologist, and I truly cannot recommend him highly enough. He is one of the most compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable physicians I have ever met. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, never makes me feel rushed, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand.From every appointment to every discussion about my care, Dr. Moraes has made me feel heard, respected, and involved in every decision. His expertise is exceptional, but what I appreciate most is his kindness, empathy, and genuine concern for his patients. He goes above and beyond to ensure I receive the best possible care, and I have complete confidence in his recommendations.Finding a physician who combines outstanding medical knowledge with such compassion is rare. I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Moraes as my hematologist and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone seeking exceptional hematology care.

This was my first visit with Dr Moraes and I was impressed that he was actually familiar with my labs and history. Dr Moraes is an attentive listener and took the time to honestly answer my questions.

A substantial panel of blood tests was performed prior to my visit. The tests were performed on Tuesday morning and the doctors appointment was on Tuesday morning. I live in Cape Coral and the practice is in Bonita Springs - 29 mile travel distance each way. I arrived 15 minutes early and was informed that all of my blood tests have not arrived. The front desk offered a limited/partial scope appointment but that didn't make sense. I received a text message 3 minutes before my arrival at the doctors office. In the end I suggested a telemedicine appointment after all tests were sent to the doctor. The doctor and I had a telemedicine appointment the following week. This is the second time this has happened with the Bonita Springs location. The first time was earlier this year with an entirely different medical/specialty provider. This is not acceptable. Both specialty providers do not have offices in Cape Coral. There have been other missteps in the past and I would be willing to discuss them with you if you.

Dr. Moraes is a fantastic and caring physician! The assistant or nurse that took vitals at the appointment was so kind as well.

We love this office in Bonita springs. It is bright and clean when you walk in. Staff is efficient,, and friendly. Never have to wait. Long. Dr. Moraes is so friendly you feel at ease as soon as he enters the room. He explains everything. Answers our questions because he listens to our concerns. We would definetley would recommend this office and Dr. Moraes to our family and friends.

Everyone there always makes you feel welcome and make sure you understand what treatment is available and their thoughts on how we should proceed but it is your decision

Everyone in office is wonderful to deal with. Greeted when walked in. Office staff, pleasant and helpful. Nurse verified info, pleasant, walked me out to office and made sure office staff could assist with appointment before she walked away. I have already recommended Dr Moraes to others. He takes his time with h you and answers questions. His mannerisms has a calming effect on me.
