I arrived early and was called in early to my appointment. I left a folder with medical papers in the waiting area. When I left my appointment, the young lady at the desk asked me if I got my folder. I didn't even realize I had left it in the waiting area. She went and retrieved it for me.

Dr. Eisenstein's entire office was incredible. From the ladies at the front desk to the nurse who took me back to Dr. Eisenstein to the lady who checked me out! Dr. Eisenstein was in no hurry and spent a lot of time with my mom and me. We had many questions and she answered each one with ease and comfort. The decision I had to make was a no-brainer due to all the information she provided!
