I tried to ask my main doctor why was I going there. So I talked and expressed my feelings with him [ ] and he was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend him to anybody.

He was probably the best Lee person I have had. He looked at me, talked to me, not a screen, as if he cared about me not just filling out a form on a computer as quickly as possible so he could get to the next number, not the next patient.

With my physical condition and amount of [ ] I was in the staff was outstanding and making me comfortable as possible. My heart goes out to them for helping me during this time and understanding what I was going through and making me comfortable as possible. They are all willing to help more than normal. They everything so easy for me. I wish I could’ve taken them all home.

Aprn Michael Mongiello was very helpful in explaining my [ ] and the different options to treat it. He took his time and made sure I understood and did not have any more questions. Assistant Maria was very nice and polite. Layla got my signature to get information from my other Dr's and was patient with me as I had many questions. Today I spoke to Danielle at the [ ] and she scheduled my [ ]. She explained it would probably take [ ] and I would need a second on in a week or more. Everyone I have dealt with has been exceptional.

I feel like Dr. Mongiello is an amazing doctor. The time that he took to discuss my issues and my concerns. The way he broke down the course of care was outstanding. I don’t have nothing but great things to say about him and my visit. He is a true gem to the practice. I wish we had more like him that really show care and concern. Outstanding!

I am a [ ] and this appointment was made through the VA’s “Community Care” program because the Cape Coral VA does not have a hematologist on staff. Lee Health’s Regional Cancer Center was therefore a great option. Advanced Provider Mangiello was very professional and bent over backwards with his team to arrange for the [ ] that was needed all within the same [ ]. Also, he made sure I was set up for a follow-on appointment with the physician after the [ ] are received.
