Michael is a top notch communicator. Traits include courtesy, ability to read charts and med list, accurately, and in depth. Correct or expand on points & explaining in layman’s terms. We were Blessed.

I was very impressed and satisfied with my visit with this Dr. he reviewed my labs and my health history and was very thorough explaining and deciding on a treatment plan.

Michael Mongiello was the person I saw for my scheduled appointment as my doctor was going to be off on [ ]. He was a great listener and I felt that he cared about me as a person. It was very nice that I could see him in Fort Myers rather than have to run to Bonita Springs. I live in Cape Coral.

The day of my appointment Mike was in the throes of moving to a new office location, so we did our visit via [ ]. With all that potential for distraction I never felt that Mike did not give me his full attention. We discussed my lab results and plans going forward. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Michael is one of the best NP's I have ever encountered. As a retired RN, and having been misdiagnosed by a NP years ago, my NP standards are pretty high and Michael meets them.

The staff realized when I had canceled my appointment that it was due to transportation issues they immediately called me back They arranged for me to have a Lyft driver pick me up for my appointment and return me home. This way I could keep my appointment and follow up. To me they went above and beyond, even other groups that probably provide this have never offered and I do appreciate greatly the fact that they responded so quickly that we were able to keep my original appointment!!
