That Kelli is so nice and chill!! She made the appointment genuinely much more fun, it didnt even feel like a doctor's appointment!!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It seems that an annual physical exam is not as thorough as it used to be. This is not a reflection on Kelli. My guess is probably factors out of the control of Doctors and PAs don’t allow us to do the work they used to do. It puts the patient in the position to ask questions about their health. Perhaps a pre appointment questionnaire would help.

PA Christie was fantastic. She really listened and switched the direction of the appointment when she realized something else was probably a bigger issue to me than a physical. She was so comforting and took the time to understand the issue I was having. 10/10 would recommend her as a provider!

Always have a great experience at this location. Staff is wonderful!!! From entry to exit, everyone ensured my visit was comfortable in all ways.

They provide a great service. However they often fail to tell you that they need to take blood tests before the appointment and that you need to fast 8 hours before the said appointment.

Ms Kristie was professional, friendly and helpful with my recent painful knee problem - assessing it and ordering same day xrays to define problem. I am currently waiting on next steps after the results.

Seems somewhat better now that Kelly is on board. It was awful before trying to see Dr. Philip. Took way too long to get in to see her.

Kelli seemed very knowledgable, listened to my questions and offered suggestions which I appreciated. She does talk fast and I'm hard of hearing so that was a challenge for me. She was friendly and I felt very comfortable on my visit .

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I already submitted this in my portal…when I went into the room and the receptionist was ready to walk out the door, I noticed a bloody tissue in the chair. She moved me to a different room. I had a sickening feeling that the room was never cleaned before putting me there. Glad I was moved.

I seen her in my Doctor's office. She was filling in because my Doctor was on vacation. Kelly was great. I would definitely want to see her again. She paid attention to what I had to say and she addressed. My problems.
