Dr Safeko is amazing he takes the time and listen to you!!! You feel like your important!!! The staff is always friendly and even when they are crazy busy they always make you feel important!!! The front desk always is always friendly!!! I would recommend them to anyone

I always reccomend to anyone who's unhappy with their current doctor to switch, even if it means my appointments get pushed back. This is the doctor for me. And I truly think they try their best for their patients.

Everyone at this office are very friendly, courteous and professional. Any testing done, you will get timely results. You don't feel like a number being pushed through.

Always cares about what I’m saying! Never rushed me out . I tell everyone about the time they spend with the patient. If someone needs a doctor I mention both of them.

Dr. Phala is amazing! I'm so thankful for her. I do think she needs BETTER and MORE staffing, especailly at the front desk. I've had very poor experiences with the front desk. Gail is very rude on the phone. This is very unfortunate because rude employees, or employees who are given too many tasks at once due to low staff, reflects poorly on Dr. Phala. She is amazing and deserves amazing staff.

Dr. Brittany Phala makes me want to take good care of myself and pay attention to my health so that I can continue to do all the physical activities that I enjoy and want to do. I like teaming up with her as I try to improve my physical health.

Kellie is an amazing Dr. we absolutely loved her. Kind caring educated. HOWEVER the receptionist [removed personally identifying details] was a nightmare. She was extremely rude to everyone in the waiting room especially my parents. She was short and nasty about everything. She called us out of line to ask if we have an appointment and then called out loudly to wait right there! She wouldn’t allow my father to wait in the waiting room. Shamed him and moved him to an empty waiting room and stated that should be hippa compliant. She was intolerable! I called and left a message for the office manager. BUT NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL.

She was great. Could never get in to Dr Phillip . Always told to do urgent care by the receptionist . It was the first time I was offered to see a PA and who ever was the receptionist was great who took my call

I finally found a MidMichigan doctor who listens and cares about my medical needs and concerns. Dr. Phala doesn't only listen, she takes my thoughts and suggestions into consideration. I feel as though she wants to work together and in doing so, gives me the best care I have received at Mid in a very long time. I feel as though Dr. Phala and I have built a strong doctor patient relationship. For me, that is very important when I'm trusting someone who's caring for my mental and overall health.
