I have always been treated very well by Dr phala and her entire staff. They are all extremely caring and friendly. Dr. Phala is very thorough and goes over every thing she is doing and explains why and what type of tests she is setting you up for. Love her and the entire staff

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Since becoming a patient with Dr. Sefako my view on a primary care physician has completely changed for the best. I truly look forward to my appointments even if it’s just a med review. I have always felt very heard and seen by every person including reception and it makes me feel so much security knowing that my doctor listens and takes actual care of me no matter what is going on.

I am glad that I found her as my primary physician. I would also say that medical care is nowhere close to what it was 10 years ago, never mind 20 years ago. Fifteen minute appointments are a joke for anyone who has serious issues, as I do, and the idea that a physician can only discuss one issue per visit erases everything that once defined medicine.

Very nice and kind. Listens well, able to explain the issue and provide help. I brought in additional information about a program. I am doing with a functional medicine doctor to lower my viral load with Epstein-Barr virus, which has caused significant issues over the years, including vagus nerves being inflamed, and damaged, and developing a weak immune system. She was encouraging, to continue with that and copied the new testing information to add to my file: EBV profile, DUTCH hormone test, Food allergies.

Dr. Brittany Phala is an excellent dr. She always listens to all my questions & concerns. She's on top of the tests, lab work, meds or any other thing I need to have done. I've been seeing her for 3 yrs now & I've been so blessed to have her as my dr.

I would tell them that Dr Phala and her staff are top notch. They go out of their way to give you the best care, always answering your questions, and doing whatever it takes to give you the best information, care and treatment. I am so very pleased to have Dr Phala and her team taking great care me and my wife.

I was not even offered the opportunity to see Kellie Christie at the wellness check after conveying a health concern. The nurse just nodded her head, did not notate, and did not offer to get Kellie. I am changing providers

Anytime a friend or family member is in need of a new primary care doctor, I refer them to Dr. Brittany Phala, and my friends and family always thank me. She takes the time to listen, never rushes, and has a genuine nature that shows how much she cares about her patients. She isn't afraid to refer to another specialist when she feels it's necessary and in your best interest. I feel extremely fortunate she's in our area because you don't find many doctors like her around here anymore.
