Dr B. Phala carefully listened to concerns, and explanations of conditions. She asked pertinent questions. She determined care needed, asks for input from me, and takes necessary steps to fulfill follow up very timely. Dr B. Phala cares and it shows.

Dr.Phala is a very respectful and caring Dr. I like him as my PCP and in my opinion always keeps you on track with your health goals .

It seems that an annual physical exam is not as thorough as it used to be. This is not a reflection on Kelli. My guess is probably factors out of the control of Doctors and PAs don’t allow us to do the work they used to do. It puts the patient in the position to ask questions about their health. Perhaps a pre appointment questionnaire would help.

PA Christie was fantastic. She really listened and switched the direction of the appointment when she realized something else was probably a bigger issue to me than a physical. She was so comforting and took the time to understand the issue I was having. 10/10 would recommend her as a provider!

They provide a great service. However they often fail to tell you that they need to take blood tests before the appointment and that you need to fast 8 hours before the said appointment.
