Dr. Brittany is very personable and professional. She always listens, I never feel rushed, and she always answers all of my questions. During this particular visit, the nurse who helped me was very friendly and kind. In addition, the person who checked me out was very helpful. I always feel important when I go to Dr. Brittany’s office.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Sefako is very nice, helpful and send to care about me. My only concern is that the only time he has listened to my heart and lungs is at the yearly physical. I am accustomed that is checked at every visit, no matter what you are there for. The change in staff has made a noticeable positive difference!

Dr Brittany is the best physician I have ever seen. She is very kind and caring. We talk and laugh and smile and she makes me feel better just talking to her. She addresses all my needs and seems to know me very well. She’s the best.

Super friendly staff that is welcoming and eager to help answer any questions and direct you in the right path. I haven’t had a primary care provider in years and here was by far the best experiences ever had in an office of listening not talking down to patients for not understanding and explaining more in detail.

Doctor Brittaney Phala is very easy to talk to and she does not rush me in anyway. She takes her time and answers all my questions. I am very comfortable with her and have suggested my friends see her.

I have no issues seeing this PA. She is very nice listens and full of compassion. Her nurse Kim I can say the exact same for. I understand when I have an issue the Dr is busy and not readily available. I’ve not been disappointed by his staff.
