Dr Sefako Phala listens to all my concerns and explains all my medications. I would recommend him to anyone needing a physician.

The door was locked almost 2 minutes after my scheduled 7:45 appointment. The wait time in the lobby just to see Dr. Sefako Phala was about 16 minutes. Okay, no big deal, but the CSR [ ] who checks people in on the right side of the CSR area was not very personable when she verified my address, insurance, etc., even though I had checked in online prior. No greetings and no eye contact. Not a good first impression in the morning. Everything else was great.

I had to find a new health care provider and after many weeks of research I selected Dr. Brittany Phala. I am so happy that I did - she is wonderful and the office staff is pretty great too.

Dr Brittney Phala’s care is always a 10. However she asked me to have my blood pressure taken a few weeks after I saw her to recheck it. An appointment was made for [DATE] at 9 AM to do this with a staff member. I arrived at 8:50 AM and I left at 9;38 because I had not been seen yet and needed to be in Saginaw at 10 AM. Very poor scheduling.

Excellent Dr Brittany Phala always listens to me and gets and answer for me right away and I feel like she really hears me and helps me with whatever question or problem I may be dealing with. She is an exceptional Doctor especially her listening skills. I can't say enough good things about her. Love her as a person too.

The removal of seven stitches from my top lip was somewhat painful. I asked Kelli for some pain medication but did not receive any. The actual procedure of receiving the stitches was painless, compared to the removal.

The person who checks you in at the desk was not the one I usually see there. The person I had on this day was not as friendly. She acted like she was very busy and made people wait before she waited on them. She didn’t look up from her computer and gave me forms to fill out which I had already filled out online.

It was my initial first visit, and I felt very very welcomed and taken care of! The doctor and the staff could not have been any better and I really think they will be a great fit for me and my family! So grateful to have found someone to trust with my healthcare.

Doctor Brittany Phala, is simply the best. She gives me enough time to explain my issues. And then she perceived to good me professional advice on how to resolve those issues. She is compassionate, and totally is empathetic, with the patients, concerns. The staff is always courteous and kind. I am grateful that she is my doctor.
