My last appointment with Dr Phala was very constructive, as I am [AGE] and have a sciatica attack. We discussed the pain, my BP elevated, numb/no feeling in my foot and toes. I received xrays in their building, and left with appropriate prescriptions. Very good plan for recovery.

Dr Brittany Phala has excellent communication with her patients, knowledgeable about medical, and she truly cares about her patients. She is great listener and takes the time to make sure a patient is heard. I would recommend her to my family and friends. The office staff are nice, friendly, and answers the phone. We need more doctors like her!!!!

Kelli is great! I love her. She is personable and listens intently. The office staff is "okay". There are times when I call or send messages and don't necessarily get the answers I need. Things seem to get lost in translation sometimes. The girl I usually talk to on the phone (I don't know her name) is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes I ask for certain tests to be sent to the lab and maybe it isn't communicated correctly? The front desk staff is "iffy". They aren't always the most friendly. There is one lady who has been there quite a while. I believe she is partially retired. She is very friendly. The others don't always seem that friendly. I guess overall when trying to communicate through the office staff I don't always feel like I'm being fully listened to. I feel like I'm more of an afterthought or like I am just being hurried through the process sometimes. I feel like I'm being annoying or something. It's not horrible I just don't feel like my issues are 100% important.

Honestly, this Dr. Visit was the best I had ever had he seemed to understand my worries completely and he talked to me like he really cares and understood what I had to say about what was going on and it felt like he really wants to find out what is going on, I have never felt so comfortable with a Dr. In my life and I am so happy to have found him

My family physician is the best one I've ever had. She's thorough with examining and she explains what she's doing and why. She's there every time I need her. I'm 100% comfortable with her and trust her 100%.. She genuinely cares and seems very passionate about her career. I can imagine her as a young girl dreaming about being a doctor when she grew up. It was meant to be. She was born to help heal the world. I'm thankful to have found her when I moved to Bay City. She's the perfect match for my family.

This was the first visit I had with Dr. Brittany Phala, I usually see her husband but she was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. It was also my first Vidio phone visit and I found it was very easy to do.

I’ve been going to this office for close to 40 years with Ann Connaghan in the beginning and the transferring to Dr. Brittaney. Never had an issue. Knowledgeable, kind, considerate. Can’t get any better than that

Dr Sefako an excellent DR with extreme knowledge about my situation medically. He is very understanding and patient with me. I would recommend him to ANYONE for their medical needs. His support staff is another situation. They rarely call me back when I leave messages for them on the answering machine during office hours. They are terrible at following up but they DO seem to get things done, they just don't call me and let me know that things got done.

Kelli was awesome! This was my first visit with her and I really liked how she explained things to me. She told me things that wasn’t explained at all in my recent emergency room visit. Kelli’s medical assistant was also extremely pleasant and I appreciated her calm manner. Excellent care

This office is amazing. Dr Brittany listens and respect your thoughts on your care. You are not just a number it feels like family that you can share everything with. I always recommend this office when asked if people are looking for a new one. My whole family comes to this office. I appreciate Dr Brittany more then words can say.
