Anytime a friend or family member is in need of a new primary care doctor, I refer them to Dr. Brittany Phala, and my friends and family always thank me. She takes the time to listen, never rushes, and has a genuine nature that shows how much she cares about her patients. She isn't afraid to refer to another specialist when she feels it's necessary and in your best interest. I feel extremely fortunate she's in our area because you don't find many doctors like her around here anymore.

Dr Phala and her assistant are always on top of my needs. She takes alot of time to listen to what I have to say. NEVER interrupts just listens then make explains what has to be done. Never rushes but keeps things moving along. Dr Phala has a wonderful bedside manner. Glad she is MY Doctor.
