He is in my opinion the best PCP in Bay County, if not the Tri county area. Always does what he says, takes time to actually “listen”, and do his best to address any situations that arise. He does very well with both standard care and treatment for patients like myself that have very complex medical conditions.

Love the provider, but scheduling is a nightmare. I tried to change my appointment to an earlier time and was told she was booked out 3-4 months, so I had to Switch my fiance and I’s appointment just to switch times. I would hate to be sick and try to be seen.

My last appointment with Dr Phala was very constructive, as I am [AGE] and have a sciatica attack. We discussed the pain, my BP elevated, numb/no feeling in my foot and toes. I received xrays in their building, and left with appropriate prescriptions. Very good plan for recovery.

Dr Brittany Phala has excellent communication with her patients, knowledgeable about medical, and she truly cares about her patients. She is great listener and takes the time to make sure a patient is heard. I would recommend her to my family and friends. The office staff are nice, friendly, and answers the phone. We need more doctors like her!!!!

I could not be more pleased as a patient of Dr B. Phala’s. She is kind, compassionate, professional, respectful and always helps provide the proper care to help me achieve my health goals. Kelli is great! I love her. She is personable and listens intently. The office staff is "okay". There are times when I call or send messages and don't necessarily get the answers I need. Things seem to get lost in translation sometimes. The girl I usually talk to on the phone (I don't know her name) is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes I ask for certain tests to be sent to the lab and maybe it isn't communicated correctly? The front desk staff is "iffy". They aren't always the most friendly. There is one lady who has been there quite a while. I believe she is partially retired. She is very friendly. The others don't always seem that friendly. I guess overall when trying to communicate through the office staff I don't always feel like I'm being fully listened to. I feel like I'm more of an afterthought or like I am just being hurried through the process sometimes. I feel like I'm being annoying or something. It's not horrible I just don't feel like my issues are 100% important.
