What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I came to my appointment with dr. Sefako to discuss my blood test results and my concerns about my health. He did not have the results even though I had been told by his office that they DID receive them when I called a couple days prior. He yawned and stretched out on his stool multiple times making loud sounds and was wearing lawn mowing sneakers with no socks. He cut me off when I began to recite my symptoms and He told me to come back in a few months when my annual physical was due even though my blood tests were off. He said he would not charge for today’s visit. I left the office and said no more. I am looking for a new pcp.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would tell them that he is a Dr. that will listen, think, then engage. This is something that is no longer a standard and the reason I have come to appreciate Dr. Sefako Phala as much or more than any Dr. I have had. Most Dr.’s have preconceived conclusions before they even meet you or worse. He does not “judge”, he truly works to try to improve quality of life and health, and do the best a PCP can. I

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. B. Phala has accepted my view of modern medicine, that physician's can do better than provide"one size fits all" help. I explained that it had been my misfortune to be subjected to personnel who prescribed the same meds to all patients , whether the drugs or procedures worked for the individual or not. They would not extend themselves to think of alternatives, even when it was obvious the patient was allergic. This holistic attitude makes Dr. Phala a superior physician, worthy of praise and professional recognition.

Dr. Phala is an excellent PCP, who asks questions, listens to my concerns, and always works to resolve any issues that I may have. I choose to drive 20+ miles one-way for my visits, rather than see a local doctor, because I have such confidence in her as my doctor.

I really liked her!She listened, explained in a way to give me insight into conditions. If she was unsure she didn’t hesitate to look things up. She reviewed with us what we talked about. Her follow uo letters were excellent too.All the while being cheerful and pleasant..

Highly recommend Dr Phala. She is very attentive, respectful and makes me feel very comfortable talking to her about any of my medical needs and just about my all around life. The staff is also so friendly. I always enjoy my visits there.

Kelli seemed very knowledgable, listened to my questions and offered suggestions which I appreciated. She does talk fast and I'm hard of hearing so that was a challenge for me. She was friendly and I felt very comfortable on my visit .

I already submitted this in my portal…when I went into the room and the receptionist was ready to walk out the door, I noticed a bloody tissue in the chair. She moved me to a different room. I had a sickening feeling that the room was never cleaned before putting me there. Glad I was moved.

Large office setting not jammed in seating close to others, appointments seem to be placed so that there's not a long wait, rooms appear to be clean, staff is attentive and polite.

I seen her in my Doctor's office. She was filling in because my Doctor was on vacation. Kelly was great. I would definitely want to see her again. She paid attention to what I had to say and she addressed. My problems.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I recently had a video / audio appointment with Dr. Sefaco Phala. The next day, I reviewed my “ recent summary of visit “ via my patient portal app. I was amazed that every topic we discussed was documented. He noted a couple of topics that I’d already forgotten about. It’s rather tough these days to find a physician that REALLY listens , and CARES for meeting , and many times exceeding my medical needs , concerns , questions , etc. 2 enthusiastic thumbs up. !!
