I had to change drs as mine is going back to hospital. Kelli was wonderful. She listened to me and had already reviewed my chart so she knew what was going on. Her MA Kim is fabulous as well. I love them both and look forward to Kelli taking care of me.

I'd been looking for a new doctor for over 5 years after mine moved and I was stuck with the most idiotic doctor. Dr Phala is very respectful of my perspective and health needs. When we discuss something she isn't familiar with, she will follow up and let me know via a message on the portal. The portal is how my test results are communicated with me and I'm ok with that.

Very caring and attentive. If you want a PA, nurses, Dr.,and staff in every department who are caring and nurturing, this is the physicians group to go to. I was battling depression due to physical issues I was having and Kelli’s nurse gave me a hug and took extra time with me. LOVE THEM!

Dr. B Phala is fantastic. She listens well and discusses any concerns. She is thorough, and easy to talk with. The office staff in general might benefit from customer service and efficiency training. Most all are very pleasant, though not timely in communication.

My experience with Dr Brittany Phala has always been excellent ! She takes her time with me. She listens to me and never makes me feel rushed. She takes my choices into consideration. She is very knowledgeable. I would not trade her for the world!!!

Best family pyshican I have been to other than Dr Bodrie. He left the practice to teach at CMU and Dr Phala was his replacement and I hit the lottery. It was so difficult to find a family Dr that would take all of us and that was competent. I have been above pleased with his professionalism and care and personal relationship with us. He has gone above and beyond numerous times to help my family and I would devastated if he ever left. I recommend him and his wife to everyone who asks. Before these two, I must have tried over 10 people. The ability to have his wife there for the females in my family has been priceless. 10 out of 10 for his entire practice.

Dr. Phala is wonderful. He is knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. The office quickly follows through on requests, sometimes same-day. After only having two appointments, I would say so far, both doctor and office staff have provided me excellent service & care.

Dr. Kelli Christie is truly amazing. She is always kind, patient, and incredibly friendly. I recently saw her while she was dealing with the flu, and she took the time to really listen to my symptoms, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. When you’re feeling that sick, having a provider who is compassionate and reassuring makes all the difference. I’m so grateful for her care and would absolutely recommend her to family and friends.
