Experience was good; doctor listened to my concerns and was understanding and gave some helpful information. Staff were polite and welcoming. The renovations in the building are nice; love the floors and the new furniture.

Super friendly staff that is welcoming and eager to help answer any questions and direct you in the right path. I haven’t had a primary care provider in years and here was by far the best experiences ever had in an office of listening not talking down to patients for not understanding and explaining more in detail.

Alexis is a very good PA. She is very easy to talk too, and listens and answers all of your questions. She also explains them so you can understand. When I leave her office I have a good feeling to know what is going on with my body.

Alexis was an amazing provider to see. She was an amazing listener and asked the right questions. When I left she had answered all of my questions and concerns. My issue with the office was that after my original physician left there was no one that would refill my prescriptions and no one who I could make an appointment with for over a month so I had to suffer through a difficult period of my life with no medications and feeling the effects of not taking my meds. It was extremely frustrating and the staff did not care. Because no appointments are available I know in the future if something comes up and I need to see a doctor, I won’t be able to and left to fend for my own health through a different avenue. I’ve never experienced this issue at another doctors office. Also the first time I was seen 3 of my prescriptions had been entered incorrectly leading to receiving the wrong medication. When I saw Alexis she kindly fixed them and ensured I had the correct medication. She is the best
