Very good doctor. But for the last year it's taking 4 to 5 months to get appointment. Not good if your older person and have health issues.

Alexis was fantastic. After years of health concerns and problems she helped me see a nutritionist, made me feel heard and got me on medication that improved my health. She is genuine in her concern and follow up by both her and her assistant was a welcome change to years of not being heard.

Kelli is great! I love her. She is personable and listens intently. The office staff is "okay". There are times when I call or send messages and don't necessarily get the answers I need. Things seem to get lost in translation sometimes. The girl I usually talk to on the phone (I don't know her name) is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes I ask for certain tests to be sent to the lab and maybe it isn't communicated correctly? The front desk staff is "iffy". They aren't always the most friendly. There is one lady who has been there quite a while. I believe she is partially retired. She is very friendly. The others don't always seem that friendly. I guess overall when trying to communicate through the office staff I don't always feel like I'm being fully listened to. I feel like I'm more of an afterthought or like I am just being hurried through the process sometimes. I feel like I'm being annoying or something. It's not horrible I just don't feel like my issues are 100% important.
