Arup Sarkar, M.D.
I saw Dr. Sarkar just recently, and I am very pleased with the experience I had. He displayed doctor-patient relationship (very personable), and was very friendly showing concern about my well-being. Dr. Sarkar seems to be very experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Alexis is awesome and she takes care of all my needs. I also would give a shout out to her assistant Kelly. She really goes the extra mile and helped me get things done for my health faster than I could ever imagine.

He listens to what I have to say. He respects me as a person and I'm not just another number. He tests for everything until he funds the root cause of the issue. He has my best interests in mind. He us friendly and explains things clearly so you can better understand.

Sorry he is leaving Heritage Family. Getting through to anyone in this office is impossible. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up, one example. It's a minimum of 20 minutes or more. Very poor. Very poor representation of health care.

They got me in quickly and answered all of my questions. The doctor talked a little too fast when he was explaining his plan of action for my future but I was able to follow along. Some other patients might not be able too. (I can see that this is his passion and his knowledge is impeccable when he discussed things with me - so I’m sure that’s where the fast talking comes into play as well as being busy) He and his staff were extremely kind and attentive. I am very pleased with my first appointment.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Took over an hour to be seen from my scheduled appointment. Didn’t know or bother to check My medical history had to ask me why I was taking certain medications. He was supposed to be my replacement Dr after mine had retired and come to find out he is leaving as well. He told me to schedule another appointment in 6 months but was told I can’t schedule because they don’t know what Dr they will have and to call in a few months to set that appointment. Will be looking for a new Dr that I can see consistently

He is the best. I always get my refills on time, he does testing when necessary and he spends the time I need with me. Overall it's an excellent office, staff, and the very best doctor.

Dr. Maganti is both a kind and patient professional. He addresses patient concerns and provides a course of treatment when needed. He is also part of a practice that employees an excellent staff that work as a team to help his patients. Whether it's scheduling an appointment or meeting with the medical assistant to prepare patients for an exam, all of these people work together with Dr. Maganti to make the patient's experience one of comfort and one where they feel assured their health needs are well cared for.

The wait time is awfully long. Never been seen before an hour. The patient’s time has values too. If each appointment takes longer than they schedule why waste our time like this?

I just began seeing Dr. Sakar this summer because my fomer Doctor retired. The only thing that’s new in the practice are the doctors ( the most important part of the office)

I was extremely impressed by this doctor, he listened to me completely. I appreciate this I have some mental health issues that make it hard for me to communicate. Not only did he listen to me he provided the care I was looking for and even went above and beyond. This is very important to me and my family to have a doctor that's proactive for my health. I have to say this is a standout experience I've never experienced this type of kindness & attention to detail from medical provider in [age] years. I'm proud to have my family here.

It seems that an annual physical exam is not as thorough as it used to be. This is not a reflection on Kelli. My guess is probably factors out of the control of Doctors and PAs don’t allow us to do the work they used to do. It puts the patient in the position to ask questions about their health. Perhaps a pre appointment questionnaire would help.
