This was my first in person visit after my prior doctor retired. Dr. Maganti was extremely helpful with my medical condition. He was also very kind & listened to my concerns. A special thank you to Chloe, Erica & Billie Jo who took the time to talk to me as well when I was suffering. You all helped me so much when I was in need. THANK YOU!

Very nice and kind. Listens well, able to explain the issue and provide help. I brought in additional information about a program. I am doing with a functional medicine doctor to lower my viral load with Epstein-Barr virus, which has caused significant issues over the years, including vagus nerves being inflamed, and damaged, and developing a weak immune system. She was encouraging, to continue with that and copied the new testing information to add to my file: EBV profile, DUTCH hormone test, Food allergies.

I was not even offered the opportunity to see Kellie Christie at the wellness check after conveying a health concern. The nurse just nodded her head, did not notate, and did not offer to get Kellie. I am changing providers

Did not listen, hasnt helped with any issues whatsoever and have been going for 8 months. I have wasted so much money on tests and prescriptions just for them to not listen or care for what I have to say. I am not satisfied or happy with anything from Maganti. Disregard for my needs completely!!

I recently transitioned to Dr. Maganti after having Dr. R. Sarvepalli as my PCP GP for over 25 yrs. I’m pleased that I have seen no decrease in the level of professionalism, patient care, and communication that I had long enjoyed. It’s the reason I continue to feel comfortable & confident in using Heritage Family Physicians as my center for care.

He has been a considerate and patient doctor through and through. Always listens to my concerns and is trying to get me the best care possible so I appreciate him and his staff. His nurses are also extremely friendly and sweet whenever I have an appointment there. I think Erica is one of the names of the nurses I especially enjoy seeing when I visit.

I believe that everyone in that office, including the receptionists, are 100% caring about my children. Dr and all staff are very kind and listen to everything I say as well as what my children have to say. They make me feel like my children are the most important people in the clinic at the time of their visit and I know if I have questions I can call and get answers rt away. Kudos to everyone there.
