My Doctor recently retired so I am a newer patient with Dr. Maganti. I have seen him a few times & he seems very knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to my concerns & answer my questions. I am very pleased having him for my Doctor.

Kelly and her medical assistant Kim we’re both very friendly, compassionate and listened well as I shared my current health issue and questions. I did not feel rushed, I felt heard, and I felt while taking care of.

Alexis Mayan is wonderful. My Michigan Family Physicians office policy change of not giving you an appointment when you call is just plain absurd!!!Telling you all the providers are full up for 1-2 months and no appointments are available. In the 40+ years of being a patient of Heritage Family Physicians I never had that response and received an appointment within 1-2 days and to also to have the person answering the phone say things change and maybe you should look for another doctor. This is just crazy!!! My experience with Alexis Mayan has been very positive!
