His staff is poor but he is good. Not his fault. Been this way for 9 years at least - the office staff. Besides dawn. . The nurses assistant and office manager are poor communicators and condescending and o return calls. I like him though and the one lady that apologized on behalf of management

Dr. Oaris and her staff are great, but the practice in general needs more providers so I don't have to wait 3 months for my next appointment to go over a medication change or go over test results.

This visit was a follow up from 12 day hospital with severe pheumoni and bad lung infection Wasn’t much said about those results But did check chest and lung But dr maganti very caring physician

William Auten is incredible. He is aware of your health history, provides expertise on any situation you have and open to any questions or concerns. His follow up is also amazing. He is so kind and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Highly recommend William.

I've been with MyMichigan about 5 years now and have never had any bad experiences. I can only say good and positive things about every staff member that I've dealt with.. from staff at the desks, the phlebotomists, all the way up to the doctors, and everyone in between. Great jobs everyone!

Heritage Family Physicians has had 3 doctors retire, and since that time I continue to be rotated to different doctors. Other than filling Rx, I can never get an appointment. The office’s advice is to go to urgent care or the ER. I have been at this practice for over 45 years. After a visit, when I should come back in a few months, they have no openings and just push the appointment out an extra month or more. I have been patient waiting for this office to get things settled, so I can have a doctor who knows me again. In making my next appointment, they couldn’t schedule me in a timely manner, so once again they assigned me to a new doctor.
