Well, I was only at the office once but every time I communicate with anybody on the phone, they were friendly and informative.
I Iām sure it is not easy to deal with a patient who has 50 years of medical practice-I asked questions and challenged, if something did not sound right to me when having my zoom with my doctor.

Dr Abaaba is wonderful. He listens carefully and is a reasonable man. Oamara is also wonderful. She's always cheerful and yet takes care of things in a professional manner. I appreciate how difficult these positions can be and I am grateful to have her a part of Dr Abaaba's team.

The office is clean and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming, warm the staff is very warm, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I'm always greeted with a smile and she knows who I am. The check out is easy and she is always willing to help if I have a specific date in mind for my return.

Dr Griffith is an excellent listener - in addition to his deep knowledge in the field, he makes me feel part of the team and our decisions.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Rodriguez has been exceptional. She listens and quickly decides how to proceed and is very willing to listen to ideas. She welcomes questions. We seem to get a lot done , even in a short amount of time. She remembers my case, she asks me important questions. I have a lot of variables to consider and she takes my situation seriously.

Staff was very helpful and professional. I consider myself very fortunate to be treated by Dr.Abaaba with his knowledge and experience in infectious diseases. Dr. Abaaba was very professional, easy to communicate with and always provided feedback on the results of lab tests that were done.

Everybody in the office is friendly and helpful. But most important they seem to know what they are doing. You don't go to a specialist like this for routine care. It is a little early to predict the outcome but so far the care is going well.

The doctors are so kind and I felt like I was being well taken care of. I then had a virtual visit and the doctor wants to follow me weekly until I feel well. I am so thankful to be seen by them.

I think Dr Griffith is fantastic. He's concerned, professional, caring, thurough, and answers all my questions/concerns. And spend enough time with me to do all that. He never rushes me.
I haven't felt this comfortable with my HIV Doctor since Dr [last name] was my Doctor and a member of your team.
