I felt cared for, respected as a patient, and had a very positive experience on my first visit to see Dr. Matthew Giffith. I knew I was in the best of hands for the issues I came to see him. His medical assistant Gabrielle is amazing aat the willingness to assist in every way she could. I am so happy to find this wonderful Doctor and his staff.

The doctors are friendly, well acquainted with your case, knowledgeable about bacterium and the proper antibiotics that will.work on the infection even when you have multiple allergies to medication. I have been impressed with their after visit summaries and how they set all the plans in motion, especially when you need an IV antibiotic through home care.

I loved the decorations in the waiting room, it felt really welcoming and inviting. I wish I knew the woman’s name that checked me in, but she was so kind and friendly as I checked in. I didn’t wait very long at all, and the medical assistant that took my vitals and got me set up for Dr. Asiimwe was also kind. Dr. Asiimwe was very thorough with wanting to visually see for himself my updated blood work and my most recent urinalysis to verify all my levels were essentially normal and that there was no more UTI present in my urine. I liked that he didn’t take my word for it, he wanted to lay eyes on the results himself. He asked a series of questions making sure that my symptoms were gone, and did an exam to make sure everything was better. He let me know that I can follow up as needed or call anytime with any questions, and it felt great having such wonderful continuity of care between him and Dr. [last name] at Baptist South. I’m so thankful to Dr. [last name] and Dr. Asiimwe for literally saving my life. They hand picked my antibiotics and other medicines to fight my rotavirus, sepsis, and complicated UTI due to my several antibiotic allergies that hindered the hospital staff’s approach to my treatment. I credit him for shifting the tides on my treatment as well as the wonderful hospital doctors that helped me. They all worked flawlessly together to achieve my stable medical care. I’m forever grateful to the team of doctors and nurses that helped to save me from the brink of serious life threatening illness. Baptist will forever have my heart and my trust! Thank you a million times!!

Every one was lovely. The assistant helped me get signed in and pushed me to the room. She was very friendly. I liked the Dr. very much. He was very kind and he realized right away that I was hard of hearing and pulled his chair up in front of me so I could understand him. The whole experience was pleasant and with less stress than I normally experience when going to a Dr. for the first time.
He made sure I understood what the next appointment would entail and what his interest was.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dizon for about two years. He is an excellent doctor and very caring. His assistant, Omara, is also very caring and efficient. Since their office is several miles away from my home, all but two of our visits have been virtual, which was more convenient for me.

Office staff is very friendly. The doctor and his associate saw me quickly for my follow-up appointment. I was given the opportunity to ask questions. I did not feel hurried or rushed.
