The doctor explained what she saw and options to take to heal the wound. She was very knowledgeable. I was glad that she came to see me at wound care which was very convenient.

Dr K was very cordial and attentive. She reviewed and updated my medical records. All my questions were answered. She put my mind at ease regarding my condition. A lab was ordered and a referral given for a urologist.

In the hospital the 2 doctors that came into my room were so knowledgeable and we're so patient in answering all my husband's questions (which were plenty).

Dr. Chang is not only a very skilled physician, he has an amazing bedside manner. Explains things carefully & completely. I really appreciate the option of virtual appointments for follow up care. He never rushes through these sessions, makes you feel he truly cares about you & your health issues. The office staff always pleasant, professional & quick to respond to questions or concerns.

Once my GP submitted a request for me to see one of your doctors I was contacted very quickly by your office to schedule an appointment. During this conversation I mentioned I was scheduled for an appointment at the Baptist South Wound Care office in a few days time. The scheduler then asked to put me on hold for a minute. Much to my surprise when she returned she said Dr. Griffith from your office would come to Baptist South to see me Immediately following my first appointment.
My consultation with Dr. Griffith took place exactly as planned. In all my years I’ve never had two offices/doctors do this. I can’t tell you how many people I told about my experience.
As good as the scheduling was the consultation was even better. Dr. Griffith spent a good deal of time with me listening to my history regarding my condition and treatment to date. He provided me with an excellent, easy to follow plan to help with my condition. I couldn’t be in better hands. Many thanks to Dr Griffith and the excellent office staff.

Everything about my visit was without issue. Staff was good and Doctor Griffith spent time explaining things to me and even addressed another issue I was having. I didn’t feel like a number but a patient with a doctor who completely related to me.

I find the office is very nice. The ladies in the office a wonderful they treat you like family when you come in. They are very concerned. The doctor was very nice. She Make sure to check out everything. I feel very good about my visit and my visit to come.

The staff is so very professional yet so kind and caring.. I love Dr. Chang he’s a great doctor. I trust him completely and he has a wonderful kind warm personality. It’s easy to reach the office and to cancel change or reschedule appointments. They are great.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And I would very highly recommend them!
