The entire office is very friendly and caring. They are excellent listeners to my concerns. Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable with much experience in handling bacterial infections. There is excellent coordination with the support staff at Baptist Infectious Disease. I highly recommend Baptist Infectious Disease.

The flexibility for home-bound patients with telehealth consultations is very much appreciated and convenient for initial healing after hospitalization.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Dr. explained options for care simply enough that even lay persons could understand. Dr. allowed patient to make decisions of what plan of action he wanted to follow.

Dr Smith saw me in the hospital at Baptist Clay and explained my situation in detail and fully answered any questions I had. I appreciate her clarity and helpfulness. I met with Dr Smith recently via telehealth as a followup to my previous hospitalization. Again she was very complete in her explanation assisting me fully in my infectious disease challenge.
