Great support staff and Doctor. I had a virtual appt and the setup and the appointment ran very smooth. Setting up appt. was easy with office staff proving to go above and beyond in my case.

When you set a 2pm appointment and say be there 15 minutes early that doesnt mean make the person sit in the waiting room till 2:45pm before you are called to go back to an exam room. When getting to the exam room, waiting another 20 minutes to see the physician. I understand things happen, however thats ridiculous, if the patient is late, at ttimes they have to reschedule and still get billed for the appointment, well my time is just as valuable as others so who should i send MY bill to for my time? Then end result is not getting out till 4 and putting me in rush hour traffic trying to get home, which wasn't till 5:40 that evening. My 2pm appointment which on your app stated waz 40 minutes turned into a 6hr ordeal getting there and back from where i live. This is totally unacceptable.

The black lady was so rude to my dad he had to take his own foot dressing off by himself. She snapped at both me and my dad both. Not satisfied at all.
