Saw DR Rodriguez At Wound Care at the Beaches location. She was professional, pleasant and decided on a plan of care. Explained everything thoughly.

Very clean and professional appearance. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I was seen very close to my actual appointment time. The Dr. was very personable and took the time to physically sit down, listen to my questions/concerns, and answer all inquiries appropriately and completely, and she did not make me feel rushed or under some time frame like most Dr's do. I was very comfortable and impressed with the entire experience.

Your location was very hard for me to find not being familiar with Baptist Downtown. Availability at Baptist South would be helpful.

They very lovely and really care about how are you feeling. I went with the doctor Rodriguez and she speak Spanish. That make my appointment easier and feel more comfortable talking same language so I don???t have any misunderstandings

My doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We discussed my condition and she gave me 3 options, and she answered my questions about each option. I chose admission to the hospital. She visited me while I was in the hospital to see how I was doing.

This was the 2nd visit to your campus, the last one was several years ago. I found the staff to be very helpful with directions and even help with getting me wheelchair (I didn't need, had my own), directions to parking lot etc.The office visit went nicely, we had seen the Doctor at Beaches E.R. the evening of the 15th, discussed the forward treatment plan set up telehealth visits for the continued F/U visits.Overall you get a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10

My appointment was a virtual appointment with Dr Rodriguez and I would just like to say it was a very pleasant experience and educational and relation to my treatment and the aggression of my treatment due to the infection I have in my spine. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone experiencing the same or similar experiences myself. Dr. Rodriguez really did everything she could do for me to get well. She went to the wound center to see my legs. Then helped me get in the hospital. Then gave the hospital notes of what medicine to give. She followed up on everything she said she would do.

wound care Dr said infectious clinic may help with pain. I ask them and refered me back to wound care. typical medical professionals not wanting to take responsibility make a patient a ping pong ball
