Very helpful team. Gave me another chance after a few doctor visits. I also called in because I was late for an appt and the rep immedistely set up a video call. The doctor was informative and explained everything super easy so I can get my health on track but as well as understand. I felt like they cared about me. Im grateful of this team.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Griffith is a very caring person, he is easy to talk to and takes time to listen to my concerns, he never makes me feel rushed. He takes his time to explain what plan and medication he would like me to be on and makes sure I understood exactly the long-term plan and treatment before I left his office or video chat. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Griffith as my physician and would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

Ease of scheduling appointment. auxiliary staff very nice and professional. Good attention to detail All of the doctors are engaged, answer my questions in a manner I can understand and have a great bedside manner. My last doctor is Dr. Griffith and he was very professional and listened to me and answered my question in a way that I could understand. I have confidence in my doctor's decisions and the care I'm receiving.

Dr. Griffith was friendly and kind while doing a follow-up appointment... I greatly appreciated the opportunity to have a virtual visit by cell phone. Since I am in a VA nursing home in St. Augustine, FL, getting transportation to the downtown Baptist Hospital is most challenging. Appreciated Dr. Griffith saying that if I had any questions, that he would respond.
