I felt cared for, respected as a patient, and had a very positive experience on my first visit to see Dr. Matthew Giffith. I knew I was in the best of hands for the issues I came to see him. His medical assistant Gabrielle is amazing aat the willingness to assist in every way she could. I am so happy to find this wonderful Doctor and his staff.

Every one was lovely. The assistant helped me get signed in and pushed me to the room. She was very friendly. I liked the Dr. very much. He was very kind and he realized right away that I was hard of hearing and pulled his chair up in front of me so I could understand him. The whole experience was pleasant and with less stress than I normally experience when going to a Dr. for the first time. He made sure I understood what the next appointment would entail and what his interest was.

Office staff is very friendly. The doctor and his associate saw me quickly for my follow-up appointment. I was given the opportunity to ask questions. I did not feel hurried or rushed. I appreciate the fact that everyone is the office is professional and polite.

It’s in a very convenient downtown location with easy access to public transportation. Easy to find office on the 18th floor with a comfortable waiting room. Dr Griffith and his staff are vary caring and kind and seem truly concerned about my wellbeing!

For starters I appreciate the ability to conduct a virtual appointment when it is an effective option to an in office visit. My appointment with Dr Griffith was not only effective but much appreciated. We reviewed my previous appointment and treatment then focused on my current problem. The doctor took his time listening to me and presented the best course of action. Thank you very much.

The office is clean and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming, warm the staff is very warm, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I'm always greeted with a smile and she knows who I am. The check out is easy and she is always willing to help if I have a specific date in mind for my return.

I think Dr Griffith is fantastic. He's concerned, professional, caring, thurough, and answers all my questions/concerns. And spend enough time with me to do all that. He never rushes me. Doctor and staff on time. Very personable. Dr. Griffith is very detailed at sharing information about test results and changing up medications as needed. He has me check in as well between appointments as to progress I am seeing. I would highly recommend him.
