I got there early and they took me right away. So no waiting. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. And good directions. I was so nervous about going to Baptist downtown but it turned out to be a pleasant experience. I liked Dr Griffith. Glad to have him as my new doctor.

I highly recommend the doctors and staff of this office. Dr Griffith explained his plan to address my medical problem, and I’m already seeing positive signs. The office staff is first-rate, patient-centered and friendly. I had an issue with my insurance coverage for a particular medicine. A staff member phoned my insurance and got the medication covered. Instead of paying $1,685 for a two-week supply, my co-pay was $3.00. Just amazing. They all took time to make sure my needs and issues were resolved. I thank them for that.

The Staff and Dr. Griffith is Excellent. The staff make it easy to make appointments, and they are great in follow. Dr. Griffith is an excellent caring doctor, he is easy to talk and listens to my concerns, along with making sure that he have answered all my questions and that I understood the course of medication that he suggested for me, along with what it is, how it will be administered and the main side effects. I feel so blessed to have found such a caring physician and would highly recommend him to all my family and friends
