Staff was very helpful and courteous. Dr. explained options for care simply enough that even lay persons could understand. Dr. allowed patient to make decisions of what plan of action he wanted to follow.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dizon for about two years. He is an excellent doctor and very caring. His assistant, Omara, is also very caring and efficient. Since their office is several miles away from my home, all but two of our visits have been virtual, which was more convenient for me.

Dr. Dizon appears to be very competent and communicates well in terms that I can understand. His assistant, Omara, is very professional and efficient; and his office staff are very personable. Since the office is difficult to reach by car in downtown JAX. I am pleased that most of my visits with Dr, Dizon have been virtual.
