My doctor is terrific , caring , understanding and so willing to help us understand. The support staff and office staff are all so willing to help in any way. They all seem happy to be there , which says a lot.

Office staff are wonderful! Stephanie does a great job with coordination of care and follow up! Dr. Katugaha is a highly skilled infectious disease physician. Our community is fortunate to have her providing ID care in Northeast Florida!

Dr K was very cordial and attentive. She reviewed and updated my medical records. All my questions were answered. She put my mind at ease regarding my condition. A lab was ordered and a referral given for a urologist.

Dr. Katugaha is absolutely the best! She is caring, thorough, and treats me like an adult (which is not always the case with other docs). She asks questions that make it clear she is concerned about a patient's whole body -- not just the specific complaint they've come to her with. I highly recommend Dr. Katugaha to anyone in need of any kind of physician.
Perhaps as a result of her approach and personality, the supporting staff in her office all display a similar caring and respectful attitude -- again, not something I see with other medical practices!

The staff contacted me for an earlier appt as I had requested. All the staff and Dr. K were friendly and professional. Stephanie, RN and Dr. K seemed concerned and knowledgeable about my wound infection. Dr. K was reassuring that after her proposed treatment, I could obtain a good outcome.

I was seen while I was a patient at Baptist downtown. The Dr. was excellent and talked to me in layman turns , so I understood what was happening. I had a virtual visit once home and that also went great. Very pleased with the Doctors and they treated me with respect, and took the time to answer my questions, It was a very positive experience.
