Dr Smith saw me in the hospital at Baptist Clay and explained my situation in detail and fully answered any questions I had. I appreciate her clarity and helpfulness. I met with Dr Smith recently via telehealth as a followup to my previous hospitalization. Again she was very complete in her explanation assisting me fully in my infectious disease challenge.

Very professional treatment and very friendly. The doctor is very nice and let the patient express himself. Everything has been explained. I wish thhis doctor could be my primary care phisician. I was very satisfied with the kind of service given. I recomend this doctor to everyone.

I love the fact that I have been able to schedule virtual visits rather than having to travel to downtown Jacksonville for appointments. The staff is so accommodating and every question/concern is addressed completely and professionally. They are top notch.
