This was a virtual visit for a hospital stay follow-up. The teleconference was professional and brief. The doctor was on time and genuinely concerned about how I was doing. This was my first experience with this ID group and I would have no problem using them again if their specialty is in need again. I would highly recommend this group.

Dr Smith is the reason for my recommendation. She is by far the BEST doctor I have ever dealt with. She sets the bar high for any doctors trying to walk a day in her shoes. She is professional, has amazing bedside manors, and just really goes above and beyond.

We only met at hospital. My visit a tele a visit . Dr Smith was very pleasant yet professional. She explained the use of the different antibiotics given to my husband including the IV meds given at home. She made sure we knew she would be available to us should we need her in the future.

I had a tell visit with Dr Catherine Smith post seeing her in the hospital and she is the most attentive if not knowledgeable about what my diagnosis is and further treatment, and ongoing treatment. I feel positive now after 3 years of hospitalizations, specialist, test procedures and countless diagnostic procedures and lab work that I will be going forward and feeling the best I can feel with what I am dealing with my health issues.
