The Dr really listened to me. He asked enough questions to figure out the reason for my visit. I felt very comfortable with him. He explained the plan of care and did it on a piece of paper that I could take home and it really helped me understand the steps to feeling better. I went in hoping for help, and left with a plan that would take a couple of months. I was lucky it was fixable. He is a special man and I am privileged to be his patient.

He is so knowledgeable and does a good job of answering questions and making sure I understand everything he’s saying. He is always well prepared for my appointment and is very patient,l. He does a good job of summarizing the content of our appointment and specifically taking on any follow up issues or appointments that I will need to make. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate him as my doctor, I hate cancer, but I so appreciate the efforts of the medical team that work with Dr. Shaya, as well.
