I thought Dr. Carrera was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She explained the treatment options and provided a printout as it was a lot to take in and remember. She was extremely empathetic as well.

Dr. Mackler has followed my care for 5 years and as our meetings started to happen less and less, he still maintained rapport with me as if he had seen me a week ago. He gave great advice, spoke to me on my level, and remained professional at all times.

Dr. Azar was very friendly from the initial greeting onward. I like how he asked questions, and how he took time to use a page of paper to make notes and, later, rationalize how he arrived at his treatment decision. He listened carefully to my rationale, and addressed every point I made -- most importantly, my own medical history/background. Although I was not a good candidate for the treatment I requested, he explained why in a clear and calm way with which I could not disagree. At the very least, I felt "heard" and "understood."

Dr Hariri, Discussed all of my lab results in an understanding way. He is very thorough and makes sure that Im taking all of my prescriptions as directed . He is also very caring, polite, and respectful.
