A cancer follow up can be unnerving. Dr. Carson is as reassuring as the situation allows and is patient when answering questions and concerns.

Even though I live in Ypsilanti, it is worth it to drive to Chelsea to see Dr. Carson. He's that much of a fine human being and a responsible scientist.

I had to wait in the exam room 30 min. beyond my appointment time. It would have been helpful if someone had stepped in to say doctor was running late, doctor was called away, or we forgot about you. Not knowing what to think nor how long I might be there was disconcerting.
