I feel very comfortable with Dr. Hariri and I usually have "white coat syndrome " so dont always feel that way with doctors. He is very attentive and answered all questions and concerns.

The visit was very relaxed. It felt like Dr. Hariri would spend as much time with me as needed. He went beyond what I expected when he offered to schedule additional tests just to answer some questions now rather than wait until the next appointment to see how things were actually progressing.

I was left in the room when he said I was set and he walked away. No one came back. I went to the front desk and saw the nurse that initially worked with me with all the other staff together and I was ignored. I asked the person at the front desk as to what was I to do. I was told by dr. Hariri that I needed to get a blood test done. The person that I talked to said I would need to make an appointment or go upstairs to the lab and walk in. She said she didn’t know how to set up appointments and asked another person. The second person gave me a card and told me to call Jessica for appointments. I called Jessica and she was not available and I left a detailed message to have her call me back on Friday. I have not yet gotten a callback or any response.
