Dr. Ding exhibits competence and understands the patient. She is not responsive regarding appointments according to the patient's needs--in fact, she seems in conversation to be sonewhat detached probably due to excessive demands upon her time and expertise. I withhold a final opinion of her willingness to attend to patients' needs in a realistic timeframe. Everyone can have an "off-day!"
