Even though I was kept informed the appointment I think was about 25 minutes late. Timely responses and urgency seem to lack in this office. I do very much like my providers, but response time definitely needs to improve, more so from the nurses.

I really appreciate how Dr. Bugosh genuinely cares about her patients as people and spends time listening to them and asking thoughtful questions. She also explains the rationale behind any tests or procedures thoroughly and clearly
