Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this provider. If you feel anxious and have many questions that have not been answered by your main care provider and have specifically been referred to OB/Gyn for these questions, the least you would expect is to be listened to, run as many tests as possible to get to the bottom of your health issues, and not have to pretty much fight to get something out of your visit. I have to say I was so excited to meet with her because so many people recommended her but I left more confused and hopeless.

What an amazing doctor she is! We visited Dr. Bernadoni to discuss options for managing my teen daughter’s dysmenorrhea, and she took the time to speak directly with her in a way that was informative and supportive without being pushy. She really helped my daughter feel comfortable and confident, and encouraged her to be part of the conversation about her care. We are so grateful to have such wonderful doctors at IHA!

Dr. Kreske has always gone above and beyond in the care she provides. I never feel rushed, she answers all my questions, and gives me options for treatment based off of my comfort/preference. She makes me feel seen and heard. I feel beyond lucky to have found her!

Dr. Jones always takes the time to listen carefully to my questions and answer them thoroughly. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and she consistently makes me feel like an active participant in my care.

I felt like a bare minimum was discussed with me, and only giving me very minor options. It was basically doing my annual and not really addressing my concerns the other items that were discussed.

Talking to her is like talking to my best friend - she is always kind and gentle with her words, explains everything with honesty and also I felt, with heart. For someone who had body image issues, she made me feel seen and important and beautiful.

Dr. Vicari block is an excellent doctor and I feel privileged to have her as one of the doctors on my team. I have a kidney transplant so I need to be extra careful with everything I do medically. She has a very good understanding of me and my medical history and I appreciate everything she does!

Dr Goedtel treated me with respect and took time to educate me on my condition and available treatments. She even provided me with a copy of information on the treatments that could guide me at the dermatologist’s office. She truly went above and beyond for my visit!

I can't say this enough! "Dr. Berg & her office staff are truly professional, patient, & very respectful of others, their time, & protecting personal information. Dr. Berg & her staff are tentative, exercise excellent communication, response to questions are prompt, & everyone is friendly. They have the best bedside manners I have seen in a medical facility & their staff in a long time. Excellent service!" To be treated fairly & with respect is a plus in the medical industry & to have a Dr. & their entire staff to genuinely show concern & love for you & your care is phenomenal! <3
