I cannot say enough good things about this surgeon. From the very first appointment through recovery, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. His compassion and patience set him apart, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly. I never felt rushed, and every question was answered thoughtfully. His skill and professionalism were outstanding, but what meant the most was how human and kind he was throughout the entire process. Without question, the best healthcare provider I’ve ever worked with.

I just had my first visit with Dr. McCool although I've been in this practice for a while. He was able to set me that day, spent a lot of time with me, explained my situation as well as follow up tx well.

"The good physician treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease," I feel that Dr. McCool has always listened to what my concerns are and then he comes up with a plan that will best treat the disease while making sure that I am on board with the treatment, and know what to expect.
