I was so happy to have a correct diagnosis of Facet Syndrome Lumbar Degeneration......instead of Stenosis which another doctor said I had last Summer.

The doctor and her medical assistant treated me with kindness, dignity, and respect. It was clear that the entire staff loved what they did and it showed through in their interactions and the way they treated their patients. The medical assistant was kind and very helpful. I also felt better with the demonstration that the doctor used to explain my condition and immediately felt better after seeing her because I was in hands that were not only competent but caring.

I will definitely seek Dr. Angelo’s help in the future. I had been to HSS in Manhattan previously, and since I live in Rockland County your facility was much easier to access. Thank you!

The staff was able to get me in sooner to see Nurse [last name]. And Dr. Baxi was able to give me an injection to help with pain symptoms. They were very efficient and got me in and out quickly.

Exceptional service provided by Dr. Massimi and his assistant Khristie. They both were highly recommended and exceeded our expectations. They set the bar on customer care. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Massimi. His attention to detail and listening to provide clarity on the diagnosis. He provides a service unmatched by other professionals.

I am grateful that I selected Dr. Chen after doing research, I selected another HHS pain doctor but then came across Dr. Chen while reading an AARP article about platelet rich plasma as a treatment option. I looked her up and discovered she was exactly the doctor to fit my needs for my pain management and various physical issues - a physiatrist AND a pain doctor. Just like when I selected Dr. Evan [last name] to perform my cervical fusion a few years prior, I am blessed to have the BEST in their fields available to me through HSS Stamford! I am confident Dr. Chen will help me achieve all my goals going forward!

She has been terrific since we first met and the surgery day was no different. She was professional, told me everything she was doing, asking how I was and really paying attention to both the fine surgical work she was doing and checking in with me and responding to my needs.

Dr. Creighton is an excellent provider. He is extremely easy to talk with and explains everything in great detail. I recently moved from NYC to Stamford, CT but will continue to travel to NY to see Dr. Creighton even though HSS has providers locally. He is the best.
