My visit with Dr. Prather on March 9th was, once again, a wonderful experience. Scheduling an appointment at a convenient time was easy, and everything from there was seamless. The appointment started on time, which I truly appreciate.
Dr. Prather is always professional and thorough — but what sets her apart is that she genuinely cares. It really is just that simple. She treated me attentively, then had Jeannette check in on me before thoughtfully wrapping up the appointment.
I am so grateful for the quality of care I receive from Dr. Prather and her entire team every time I visit. They are exceptional.

The entire staff from the people on the phone, to the people at the front door of the building to the Dr’s assistant and the Dr were excellent and friendly. I came in the day after the big snowstorm to find the facility being cleared of snow in front of the building and the sidewalk in front of the door. Thank you for the attention to detail.

Dr. Echebiri is wonderful. He is compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, and really listened to me and addressed my concerns. I feel very confident the treatment he recommended will give me my life back! I highly recommend him. His nurse, Samantha, is lovely. Jalissa, who I have spoken to on the phone is also lovely. I spoke with Jalissa the day after my appointment because I had a question, and Dr. Echebiri called me back by the end of the same day with his answer. He is the very best!

I selected him because he is skilled and confident, but I like him because he is easy to talk to and he takes the time to explain options and details. He's not the sort of MD who expects you to take his recommendation without asking questions or getting impatient when you do.
