I was so happy to have a correct diagnosis of Facet Syndrome Lumbar Degeneration......instead of Stenosis which another doctor said I had last Summer.

Dr. Angelo is the first Dr that has actually taken time to talk to me and is not giving up on trying to figure out what is going on. She is the best I am so happy that I found her.

She has been terrific since we first met and the surgery day was no different. She was professional, told me everything she was doing, asking how I was and really paying attention to both the fine surgical work she was doing and checking in with me and responding to my needs.

I had seen other HSS doctors for this and related conditions and they threw up their hands, said that nothing could be done to help me, and then prescribed meds. Dr. Angelo immediately had ideas about treatments that could help me. She's the best.

Dr. Angelo was excellent! She carefully examined my X-Rays and explained what she was seeing in the context of the symptoms I was experiencing. Appreciated that she recommended an MRI to get better imaging that will support a more definitive diagnosis.
