Exceptional service provided by Dr. Massimi and his assistant Khristie. They both were highly recommended and exceeded our expectations. They set the bar on customer care. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Massimi. His attention to detail and listening to provide clarity on the diagnosis. He provides a service unmatched by other professionals.

Dr. Massimi and his assistant Katherine have been excellent! They have invited my thoughts and ideas, respected my situation while guiding me with their expertise. Their follow up has been appreciated and I feel like we have a plan to continue to try to figure out my situation.

Wonderful staff , entire visit flawlessly handled by staff! Have been in healthcare for 35 years as EMS provider and Dr. Massimi in top 3 of my career in terms of personality, kindness, and actually listening to my discomfort! I was almost embarrassed with his patience and willingness to listen to my issues from A to Z! Would recommend Dr. Massimi and his staff to everyone !!

Dr. Massimi is one of the finest doctors I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by.
He is so compassionate and kind. Everything is explained to me with understandable language, in detail, in a pleasant way, with deep concern. His explanation of the procedure is complete, along with my MRI pictures and the medical models.
