Dr. Chen is an outstanding professional. She is highly knowledgeable, attentive, respectful, always open to discussing options and next steps. And she is simply a great person! She has been my Dr. for about 4-5 years.

I continue to have excellent care from Dr. Chen, as I have for more than a decade. My son fractured vertebrae in January and she was the first doctor I contacted; she was thorough in his diagnosis and treating him until he got back on the lacrosse field. I trust Dr. Chen. I recommend her all of the time to my other doctors, who now rely on her opinion as well, and anyone who needs care. My son and I are grateful patients.

Dr Alice Chen is not only thorough and technically excellent, she is the most unusual of providers in other respects. She is able to strike that very fine balance between complete professionalism in her manner, while also providing complete explanations.

I am so impressed with the skill and care Dr Chen offers! She’s a true gift! Explains everything clearly and goes over scans right away while you’re there. No need to wait till you find results on your portal. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable.The BEST!

I am grateful that I selected Dr. Chen after doing research, I selected another HHS pain doctor but then came across Dr. Chen while reading an AARP article about platelet rich plasma as a treatment option. I looked her up and discovered she was exactly the doctor to fit my needs for my pain management and various physical issues - a physiatrist AND a pain doctor. Just like when I selected Dr. Evan [last name] to perform my cervical fusion a few years prior, I am blessed to have the BEST in their fields available to me through HSS Stamford! I am confident Dr. Chen will help me achieve all my goals going forward!
